Great service! Was too busy to install my system but took the time to direct me to other companies who might be able to.

This a great team! Excellent services! If I was able to get 10 stars this would be the one! We have had many past experiences with other companies etc. Scott(owner) and Amy(technician) are amazing and so is Adolfo and friend. ( Didnt catch his name)🤷‍♀️ BEST SERVICES EVER! I have never ever seen a owner stay and double check EVERYTHING I know after this service call I will only be using them.

We have been using Phillips Mechanical Services for more than 7 years and we have never been disappointed. He is prompt to reply the phone calls and to schedule a visit to assess the issues and give us options for the needed repairs, he is very professional and efficient. We highly recommend him!

These guys are nicest most honest people. They do exactly what needs to be done without giving you long delays or overcharging you. I was charged 110 for another service to come out and just look at my HVAC without attempting to fix it. Phillips came out and having knowledge of the charge from the other company, the Technician did not charge me for their fee to inspect. They busted their butt to get my HVAC running. Really great people!

Got a quote for an HVAC job from a different company for a ridiculous price, Philips came out and did all the work for about 1/3 of that. Plus, they were amicable, explained everything they were doing, and finished all the work in a timely manner. Hands down we’ll use Philips for all other HVAC related issues in the future. :)

I don't write reviews ever but the cooperation I received from Scott Phillips was outstanding. I live in Washington state and am military but own rental property in Raeford, NC. My rental management company retained Phillips Mechanical's services and an estimate was given. My rental company failed to convey all of the pricing that was explained to them and just sent me a huge bill. I had to fire them and figure the issues out with Scott. He was very understanding and explained all that he'd done (including emergency weekend servicing) and several service calls back out to my residence to ensure that my tenants had air during the hot summer months. Once we were in contact the issue was wrapped up with some compromise from both parties and he was nice enough to send me a new bill with pictures of the installed unit! This, in my experience, is unheard of customer service. Period. I would highly recommend this company and use them again for any further issues. Thank you Phillips Mechanical for your service to the community. If only more contractors were as helpful and understanding!!!

Excellent prompt service and very fair pricing. Unlike others, they will address the issue instead of just trying to sell you a new unit. The only company we’ll use!

Save yourself the headache and just call Philips mechanical, he’s been my HVAC guy for years and I won’t ever deviate. Not only is the service professional and timely but he’s also the fairest guy in the industry. Can’t recommend enough

Scott came out to work on the A/C unit in a rental property I own. He was extremely responsive, courteous, and was able to remedy several other issues while taking care of the main problem. Since I don’t live near the property, he sent me multiple pictures and a video the issues with the A/C unit and of the work he performed. He worked into the night to make sure the unit was functioning properly, as evidenced by the last photo he sent. He did this work all for a good price.

Not living locally means that I need to have a lot of trust in any contractor who goes to the home to perform work. I will definitely use Philips again, but hopefully I won’t have to any time soon.

Scott Phillips and his team are very professional and polite, They came out today and replaced the air handler and installed my thermostat and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Phillips Mechanical to anybody that needs AC work done. Came home from work the house very cold, and wife is happy Scott you and your team are the best

Scott said he was going to go to my place and help me with my broken AC/heat. Then he never did. I kept reaching out to him, he would say he would do it, and then wouldn’t. After three attempts, three promises, the conversation ended with him ignoring me.
He is a nice guy, but he totally wasted my time, and didn’t do what he said he would do.
