Dean and Courtney are the best! Family business. Dean installed two Goodman HVAC units for me and completed a recent service call. Honest, competent, friendly, punctual, etc. I have referred business to them previously. Call them for HVAC needs, you won't be disappointed.

Dean's team is fantastic. Courtney gives new meaning to above and beyond as she continually answered my many, many emails promptly despite being far outside of business hours. Dean gave me a great estimate for a full HVAC replacement from the obsolete R22 system to the current refrigerant system without trying to upsell things I don't need which saved me thousands over the big name companies. His team was punctual and got the job done quickly and I'm glad to be sitting in the cool air again.

Deans heating and air services came in and pulled out my 1973 handler (size of a Yugo) piece by peace and replaced it with a whole new system. New Goodman heat pump, thermostat, and a new Goodman handler (size of a tall kitchen trash can) installed professionally and working like a charm. I work nights and the boys never woke me. They cleaned up and took all the old equipment with them ( a huge trailer full). Man, you want quality for a fantastic price when it comes to your HVAC system? I have Dean's heating and A/c replaced my old furnace into new Goodman furnished after my old heat exchanger failed. I read in review that he is trustworthy and you can count on him. But the reality of the reviews are not true. The new Goodman furnace is failed in the first year and leak. They installed on May, but we did not use the heater after the cold season come. It stop working in a day during the first year, but Courtney has never sent anyone to check the problem. Since it operated the next day, I did not have any problem that they did not come to check on it. I hired other company to do yearly maintenance for heater and a/c last December 2023. When they did the checkup- I was there all time, we found a leak and rust to our new Goodman furnace. Since it still new, he recommended us to contact the original installer. I contacted Courtney, but she reluctant to ask Dean to come and insist that the company I hired messed up with the furnace. Even tough I was there all the time watching what the mechanic did. I am sure the furnace was defective since the beginning, since it was rusty from the leak. But Dean and Courtney did not think that way and reluctant to come to check on our furnace. Dean finally came and check the furnace but can't fix it. He said he/Courtney will call to schedule appointment after he contacted the Goodman, since he thought there is a missing part with the furnace cause the furnace is leaking. But they have never contacted me again after that. That is last February 2024. I texted Courtney, but she just ignoring my text. I don't see any trustworthy and you can count on this business after they made money for the new furnace. Before they do the service, lots promised has been made for the warranty of their service. After the service has done, and there is a problem...."sayonara". It is difficult to trust any business these day.
