We’ve hired Terry Long Electrical for two jobs, one of which was a whole new hvac system for an entire house including duct work and we are so thankful we did! If you have any issues Terry will make it right and back up his company’s work. We will definitely be contacting them in the future if we need any electrical or HVAC services!

I waited since October for a local election to show up for a job for my 84 ye. Old mom. I was put off continuously. I contacted Terry Long Electric on a Thursday, he was there on Monday and job completed on Wednesday. Thank you so much. You can't ask for better service. I give TLE a 10

Extremely thrilled Terry Long came thru! We’ve been without AC for almost a month now, and within 30 minutes we’re back and running. Very professional and friendly service. I will most definitely be using them for future repairs/projects

I do not recommend this business. Too many inconsistencies when dealing with them. Tech Brian lies about returning phone calls and making scheduled appointments. It’s almost 2 months and I can’t get them to come out for a service call for WiFi thermostats they installed. Take your money and business elsewhere. Were your treated like somebody and valued as a customer. You can’t even get a supervisor on the phone. Very poor service.
