I had great communication and follow up from them on a warranty issue with my fridge. The office was courteous and seemed to genuinely want to help. The technician Slim was a model for what service should look like. He was invested in the problem and intent on solving it. I hope I don’t need another repair for a long time but when I do I’ll call Convienient Appliance Service.

Although the job could not be completed due to previous installation issues, the gentleman that came out was one of the nicest people I’ve met. He was very courteous, professional and very patient with my loving but spazy dog. Even when his job could not be done he stayed and gave me tips on our other appliances. When our issue is resolved I hope he is the one that comes back to help.

Got our refrigerator repair done in a timely fashion and with quality (water dispenser delivering slowly, and it wasn't a clogged filter). Their technician (Ed) diagnosed the problem quickly during his first visit but needed to order a part (filter housing), which meant a second visit. Upon that, he arrived with said part on hand, made the repair quickly and got us up and running in no time flat. I hate dealing with our (any) home warranty company but my experience with Convenient Appliance Service has been nothing short of positive. I recommend!

The technicians do a very good job. The have a lot of knowledge about the issues. Ryan helped diagnose the problem with our washer. Shea M is a great hardworking technician who fixed the machine quickly. He needs to be given a raise or more money.

Had some problems with the work done by a very nice, polite tech. The owner ultimately came to our house and made everything right on his dime. VERY impressed with a man who stands behind his business - especially these days! Giving 5 stars in spite of the initial bad work because I'm that impressed with the owner.

Extremely kind and knowledgeable service. Slim was the technician who worked on our washing machine and he was wonderful! He answered all of my questions to satisfaction and even showed me everything he was doing step by step. He got our washing machine back up and running quickly. He was even kind enough to teach me some tips and tricks with our washer to make sure we cared for it properly.

Convenient Appliance was contracted to fix our Whirlpool double ovens through the manufacturer's site so we weren't sure what to expect when working with this company. We were initially unhappy after the visit from the first technician but we were quickly put in touch with the owner who went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and even came out to repair our ovens himself. What could have been a bad experience turned out to be a great one through awesome customer service and eliminating our oven problems. They wouldn't even accept payment from us until we confirmed it was working consistently and reliably again, which it was. We will definitely call them again for any future appliance repairs.

Cody S from Convenient Appliance was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Our Kitchenaid oven was less than a year old and it would not hold the correct temp to bake or cook properly. We had a different company look at the oven first and after they replaced the temperature probe and control board the oven was still having the same problem. They came again and their testing showed that the oven preheated to the correct temp so they considered it to be functioning. The problem was that after the food went in the temp dropped way down and didn’t go back up, so food didn’t get properly baked/cooked. Since the oven passed their preheat temp test they said it was functioning and there was nothing else they could do. Then we called Convenient Appliance. Cody listened to the problem and did further testing until he could see the problem happening. He had worked with other customers who had similar problems with Kitchenaid ovens. He spoke with the Kitchenaid service rep and insisted there was a problem with the oven. Cody suggested we try replacing the user interface. The oven seems to be working better now, no more raw cookies so far. Thank you!

It is no fun when the refrigerator starts leaking, we requested service online and received a call back from a technician with great availability same day. We have a five drawer kitchenaid and I was worried we would have to order a new drawer. Ben was able to fix the drawer and showed me how to pull the drawer panel out to indicate the source of our leak. Turns out there is a basin back there that water can pool up from the improper seal. The service cost was well worth it, and we are very happy to be able to use our fridge again.

I had a really baffling issue with my dual-fuel range that necessitated multiple visits and parts replacements. At one point in the process, CAS offered to refund me the expense for all repairs in order that I might apply it toward the purchase of a new unit. However, Ryan continued to research the error, replaced additional parts free of charge, and successfully resolved the problem. I wholeheartedly recommend CAS to anyone in need of reliable and efficient appliance repairs. Their professionalism, persistence, and transparency made what might have been a super frustrating experience much more tolerable. I wouldn't hesitate to enlist their services again in the future (although I hope it’s unnecessary).

Steven is fantastic! We had a dryer emergency and he was kind enough to get us scheduled same day with an excellent tech. Thankful we found this company for our go to needs if we have an issue with the dryer again!

One burner was not working on my stove. Will from Convenient Appliance called to give me a window of arrival time & followed up to let me know how soon he would arrive. Mr Jones came out and fixed my washer. He was prompt and professional. He diagnosed and resolved problem with a hour and helped me understand what caused the breakdown of the machine. I would 100% recommend using this service again. This is a great team

Convenient Appliance did a fantastic job servicing our oven. Unfortunately the oven we purchased (from another company) has had a two issues requiring service. I called JennAir and was directed to Convenience Appliance for service assistance. The Convenient Appliance technician (Shea) was prompt, arriving right on time, and was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain the issue and make sure everything was fixed perfectly. His skill and attention to detail really showed, and he even gave us a few helpful tips on future appliance purchases and maintenance. Ryan, Shea, and the whole team at Convenient Appliance have been great to work with and I plan to use them should I ever need appliance repairs again. I truly appreciated their overall professionalism and quality service.

When Whirpool was trying to make me pay for a repair they were obligated to pay for, Julie from Convenient Appliance Service called me when the service was scheduled and informed me of the open recall on my washing machine and that it was Whirpool's responsibility to fix it. She gave me the right number to call and what to say with specific information. If it wasn't for her, I'd be paying for a repair on a washing machine with a faulty control board that Whirpool sold to the public. The rest of the process was smooth and as quick as it could be, even though this particular part was on backorder (due to Whirlpool selling these machines with faulty control boards to the public). Once the part arrived, I got a call to schedule the service, and a few days later Ed came by and fixed our washing machine in like 10 minutes. I deeply appreciate business who still look out for consumers, and will be reaching out to Convenient Appliance Service for future appliance repairs.

Our Whirlpool dryer started making horrible noises after 8 months. We had Ben from Convenient Appliances Service out to diagnose and repair. He was very professional and personable and completed the job in record time. Highly recommend!!!

Had a dishwasher door replaced through my warranty with these guys, and they did a great job. Very quick turnaround and job was completed quickly and completely. Have had no issues since. Would definitely use them again for service or other issues. Thank you!

I was disappointed that microwave broke after 3 days in our new house. It was covered under warranty. The service people were all very friendly and helpful! Especially our technician Ryan. He was super kind and professional!

My 3 yr old Maytag commercial washer broke and has a 5 year warranty, so I contacted Maytag and scheduled service with Convenient Appliance Service. Cody was very friendly, knowledgeable and diagnosed my problem quickly. Parts had to be ordered and he was able to come back and get it running today. I was very happy with the communication and service from both the office and Cody. I highly recommend this company.
