Quiero hacerle un reconocimiento especial a la señora Patricia; ya que desde el primer día estuvo siempre en comunicación constante conmigo. Cuidando mi casa y nuestras cosas de manera excepcional. Brayan and Edward came and did an excellent job, they were very professional and friendly, my window shade fell which had nothing to do with them but he put it back in place, very resourceful and respectful, both need a raise. If I ran the company these are the type of guys I would have working for me. Job well done

Tim came out on a Sunday of new years weekend as soon as he got my message within 45 minutes! I went over what I wanted him to get done for me and he did just that asked about other things but I felt I could tackle those myself. I’m a very personal person when it comes to inside my home and he completely understood my OCD with it and never went to my home without informing me before hand! I hope to never ever need his services again as this was a fire but those who need help he is your go to guy 100%! Thank you for everything!

I have had the opportunity to work with Chris Rourke from Encore RRC. Very professional, and quality of the work was top notch. Would recommend for anyone looking for remodel/carpentry work completed. These guys are amazing!

I called encore after dealing with other contractors and nearly 2yrs from when we started dealing with this mess. They came out the same day and started the reconstruction work within a week. They were very responsive to any areas I felt needed touch up and made sure I was satisfied with everything before signing off. I’d highly recommend them.

Every project we have worked on together, has been flawless and on schedule. Mike also has another great talent that’s hard to find which is problem solving. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Encore. They were incredibly professional and responsive throughout a stressful restoration process. I highly recommend them.

After previous workers hired by our leasing company botched a simple plumbing issue which caused several complications to our home, Justin came to the rescue and made sure we were taken care of properly. The previous company made a sizable hole in the drywall in our upstairs bedroom that was never closed after “fixing” a small plumbing issue with the shower. This “fix” resulted in mold growing over the back wall and roof of our garage as there was still a leak, and was left unnoticed and untreated for over a YEAR because our leasing company never sent anyone out. Justin immediately recognized what the problem was after an initial diagnosis, he realized that the leak that was supposedly fixed, was in fact, still leaking. As a result the job took longer than he expected, but the results were phenomenal. I’m happy that our family is able to use our garage again without the need to worry about all the mold. Would definitely recommend for your home, Thanks, Justin!

I was referred to Encore by my Realtor as he had positive experiences in the past and I wasn't disappointed. Hector and John did a very good job on our bathroom and were very patient and polite and even answered lots of my questions regarding things unrelated to what they were working on. I'll definitely use them again.

Encore is a top tier business. I had some plumbing issues in which I needed help. They sent out Ash who is extremely professional, polite, courteous and extremely informative throughout the whole job. He was able to get me a squared away in little to no time. I highly recommend Ash and Encore for any restoration needs

Sent out by my realty agent for what turned out to be an embarrassingly simple fix. But, they didn’t make me feel silly and took the time to show me what I needed to do should it ever happen again. Also, very friendly to my dogs, including my 5-month old puppy who is still working on his manners! Just appreciated the kindness :)

We used Encore RRC for a bathroom reconstruction after experiencing a leak that caused buckling in our master bath/bedroom flooring. They mitigated our water damage, fixed our plumbing issues, replaced tile and hardwood flooring, and installed new bathroom fixtures. We cannot speak highly enough of Encore's team. They were prompt, professional, responsive and detail oriented. They were exceedingly friendly and a pleasure to work with. They were very familiar with insurance claims and provided thorough documentation, as required by insurance. Every member of the team was outstanding. Even after the work had been completed and paid for, they continued to respond to our questions and needs. We really couldn't be happier. We heard so many horror stories about working with contractors and we had a lot of concerns. We are grateful to Encore's team for ensuring we had absolutely nothing to worry about. Thank you Allen, David, Joe, Chris, Matt, Hector and the whole Encore Team!
