Biggs HVAC (technician John) did a great job. They were running behind due to unforeseen circumstances but kept me updated and when John got there I felt like he went above and beyond to make sure we understood out new equipment. Great experience.

Jonathan was fantastic. Very polite as well as professional. He took care of our HVAC issue with no problems at all. Biggs is quite lucky to have such a competent employee. Would definitely recommend these guys.

B. Murph is excellent at his skillset. He brings a very calm and professional demeanor to the table. B. Murph identifies the issues and provides options for repairs.

AC went out in our house, contacted Biggs. Customer service rep was outstanding. It's the middle of summer so it did take to days to be serviced. Tech Kory came in did his diagnostic testing and determined that it was a thermostat. Very thorough with his diagnostic. Very pleased with service.

found him to be extremely courteous and professional. He explained the function of this part and gave me ideas of how I could run my 2 zone system more efficiently.I had many questions and he took the time to answer them.

I have been a customer of Biggs Heating And Air shortly after I had my new HVAC system put in almost a decade ago, they have been servicing it twice a year for maintenance and I have been very happy with the service. When I called yesterday with a problem, she was able to get someone out here today. Jonathan was my technician, and he was able to identify the problem quickly. We discussed short and long term options for my system; he is very knowledgeable, very patient, and very good at explaining things to someone who does not understand HVAC systems. I would highly recommend Bigg’s HVAC and their technicians!

Service tech, Jonathan, arrived on schedule, quickly diagnosed our problem, and got our AC restored! He explained each step of the work and was courteous, as well as knowledgeable about our Lennox system he repaired! I will ask for him again should we require his services!! Thank you!

The induction fan on our Trane gas pack failed. Aaren found the problem quickly and ordered the part. When it arrived, he installed the new part and also cleaned up the gas jets and igniters. He was very professional and did a great job. Very pleased with our service.
