Mike has worked with us to solve our problems not only for the best repair solution but also based on a reasonable cost for the work performed.

Our water heater went out, a friend referred us to Arbor plumbing and backflow. Michael was very knowledgeable and pleasure to work with. They are affordable and we were more than satisfied with the work we received. We will definitely use them in the future when needed.

I had Arbor Plumbing replace my water heater. I had great communication with them at every step and they were very responsive to my questions. I was charged a fair price for the new tank and installation. Many others had quotes that were extremely high. The techs were professional and left my home clean.

This were the first company out of 6 that was able to repair and certified the backflow in my business. They were very prompt with the quote and scheduling. Eric was very professional, kind and worked quickly. He also educated me on the repair as well as future steps to take. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone. They also service residential properties.

Mike was professional and prompt. He got me on scheduled and had his team come out and do and great job. They showed up early got my problem fixed as well as gave me advice on how to keep my problem drain from clogging.

Eric came on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed our backflow valve for a reasonable price. They also blow out sprinkler systems to winterize (the best method for an irrigation system) Definitely recommend Arbor Plumbing & backflow!

By the time they left, I had a good understanding of everything needed. Turns out the assessment of a blockage in my pipes was correct. It was my neighbors tree roots. And even though my Insurance had their own vendors, I really tried to get Arbor Plumbing the business. I highly recommend them!

This was a very prompt and efficient service. The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to help me assess the root cause of the issue that I thought was plumbing related, however it was HVAC related. He even was able to give us a referral to a reliable company that could help fix the issue!

Michael came highly recommended. I reached out to him and he was polite and professional. Michael first came to do a reconnect of 3 toilets after we installed flooring throughout the home. He was on time, affordable, and fast. Michael also recommended preventative services that can be performed and answer all my additional questions. This lead me to use him again for a sink reconnect and faucet install. On the day he showed up he recommended that I wait longer for the sink glue to set after my counters were installed. He came back the next day and reworked the under sink plumbing to get it up to higher than minimum standards. Again he was polite, professional, and affordable. He also had an apprentice with him and was teaching the apprentice with patience and understanding. It is my position that if you have a plumbing need you contact Arbor Backflow and Plumbing as Michael has provided the best plumbing service I have ever experienced. The value delivered for the price paid is unmatched and so is his care for the customer.
