I used Certified Plumbing services to address a number of plumbing issues associated with the purchase and sale of a North Raleigh home. These included plumbing inspection underneath the house, repair of leaks associated with p-trap fittings, shower valves, and washer hot & cold water valves, toilet flange repair, hot water heater repairs, and ensuring proper operation of master bathroom hot tub.

I was impressed with Ron Barbour's knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism. His fees were also very reasonable. Ron is a skilled plumber and I highly recommend his service.

Installation was done in a timely manner and Ronald came out and replaced our water heater on a Holiday! We weren't expecting that.

He was responsive, helpful and flexible from our first conversation. The work was well done and reasonably priced, even after an unexpected repair needed to be added to the project. I am a happy customer and can't recommend this team enough.

Ronald was AWESOME!! I required professional assistance ASAP. I needed to repair my spigot after breaking it. I was scared I wouldn't be able to get it fix before the weekend because it was late Friday afternoon. I called Certified Plumbing, and he said I'd be there as soon as I can. The rest is history. Ronnie was quickly responding to my request. Since it was a Saturday, he didn't come out, but showed up on Monday as promised. Diagnosed the problem with my well pump and replaced it within 4 hrs. Price was reasonable with parts and labor. I'd recommend Certified Plumbing for their services.

I reached out on Yelp looking for a certified plumber to do a total rebuild on my toilet in my downstairs bathroom because the quotes on a new toilet was really expensive. Ronald reached out to my request and gave me an instant quote for a new toilet. Not only was his quote reasonable but it was cheaper then all the rebuild quotes I received from 3 other plumbers. We set up a day and he arrived on time with a great personality. I loved the service he provided. While he was at my residence, I asked him a question about my garbage disposal and he took a look at it and fixed it with no problem for no extra charge. It only took a switch of a button but I respected him because he was honest about it. I was quoted $400 to replace my garbage disposal when it didn’t need to be replaced. I will always call him for all my plumbing needs now and I highlyyyyyyy recommend!

We had a simple progressive problem that another plumbing service demanded replacing pipe-work throughout the entire hose without identifying the problem. Ronald figured out the problem quickly and restored service completely for less than half the price of the competitors initial consult.

Our experience with Certified Plumbing was amazing. We were first time callers so didn't know what to expect, but online they are highly rated. We had a water leak that had more than tripled our water bill. So, we called, and within an hour they were onsite (really fast response). Within the next hour they found and fixed the problem, (and cleaned up). They explained what they were doing as they worked. Again....AMAZING....!!!!! My experience with Certified Plumbers was great! They were very responsive and were there the same day I reached out to replace a water heater. Their price was fair based upon other quotes I received and their work was top notch. To top it off, I mistakenly left my checkbook on the work truck and they returned 10 mins later with it. Above and beyond customer service!

Ronald at Certified Plumbing is a life saver! We called him with a burst pipe emergency. He fixed the burst pipe and restored water to our house within 1.5 hours of our initial service call. Even though we were in desperate need of plumbing help, Ronald did not try to gouge us with his price. He charged a fair rate for his service.

I was very pleased that despite Ronald’s busy schedule, the day before Christmas Eve, he kept his word and came to my home to resolve my overflow problem. Other well-known contractors could not come until Christmas Eve, which would have inconvenienced me and stressed me out . He was courteous, thorough, cleaned up debre and made recommendations for preventive care. I would use his service again.

I called Ronald at Certified Plumbing last night, Saturday. He answered and said he’d be here between 8:30-9:00 today, SUNDAY. He showed on time, worked 2.5 hours in the rain and got us back in business for an affordable price. I can’t recommend Ronald and his company enough. Many companies will ghost you on the weekends especially. Save the Certified Plumbing number and make them your first call.
