The company was amazing when our heat went out during a very cold day/night. Jeff did a great job explaining what could possibly be wrong and was sure to inform us of what he was doing and cost prior to doing it. All in all a great experience and will be using Rudy Cools for any future hearing and air conditioning needs!

We had to have a warranty repair completed due to a defective AC compressor (not Rudy Cool's fault). Anthony came out to do the diagnosis and kept me informed of the progress by phone as I was out of town. I was very happy with Anthony.

Two days later, Ray came out to replace the new compressor. Ray was also great to work with and even dropped off a stuffed animal for the child of my neighbor who he had done work at recently and the neighbor was super grateful!

Rudy Cool's is such a great company to work with. They will not rip you off (like many of the big names in the local TV ads). I won't be using anyone else going forward.

Never have ever had such a wonderful experience with a company went over the bridge to help I'm just a construction worker don't make a lot of money they gave me so many discounts to make sure that I was taken care of the guys that come out here and worked they went above and beyond to install my unit the guy that came out here and sold me the unit he went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal I can get I recommend this company to anybody and everybody very nice small town business and I think that's what America is about to keep small town businesses open and there's nothing like people who really try to help you instead of big corporations that try to do nothing but like pull every dollar out of your pocket like Morris Jenkins and tommy Bynum hello hello these guys was so much more expensive I couldn't afford to get it done but with Ruby cools they help me and save me thousands of dollars probably around 3:00 to $8,000 and that's a lot of money for a man who lives by herself and tries to pay his bills in this economy so I recommend these people to anybody and I hope everybody read this message cuz these people really care and they'll go above and beyond to help you and they come out here on a Saturday and worked in the rain and done this work to my house to help me get heat and to make sure my power bill goes down

They came and check ultraviolet light to see if placement was correct another company said we had mold because it was placed wrong. They found no mold so I am satisfied

Rudy Cools is definitely the company to choose for your heating and cooling needs. They installed our heating and cooling units five years ago. I have to admit that I forgot how important it is to make sure you schedule your yearly maintenance. Something I forgot to do. I'm writing this review the day before our first snow storm is about to hit us in years. I was extremely happy that I was able to get an appointment for the next day before the storm it. Our heating unit is working but we felt like it was working to hard. Bradley was the technician who came to service us and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything in detail and it was a quick fix. I would highly recommend Rudy Cools for all of your needs.

Bradley took his time and did an excellent job. He was patient with my questions. I have 3 houses on the maintenance plan and I am very satisfied with service

We’ve used Rudy Cools for All of our heating and cooling needs for many years. We’ve never been disappointed. The latest service call was another example of why we Are loyal customers. We placed a service call but seemingly fix the problem before the technician arrived. Thinking it was a good idea to have him check everything we had him do so and he couldn’t find anything wrong because everything was working. Next day, we experienced the same problem, but we didn’t try to fix it on our own when the technician arrived. He was able to identify the problem and correct it. He didn’t charge us for the second visit and we really appreciated it. The pricing is fair. The work is great. What more can you ask for?

Rudy Cools is the absolute best company! Best value, best crew and best customer service. I had a hard hvac job and they worked so hard. They always communicated and did what they said they were going to do. Also very commutative on times they would be here. They were recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to others!

Steve from Rudy Cools came out and quickly assessed and fixed my AC! The communication leading up to the appointment was top tier, and he even showed up early! The fix was able to be completed while he was hear and I immediately felt the cool air coming in. Thanks Rudy Cools and Steve!

We’ve had Bradley come out a few times for regular maintenance, and he is always very friendly and knowledgeable. This time, we called because our furnace was no longer working, it would click on and off for a few seconds. They were able to send Bradley the very next day, and he quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I really appreciate how knowledgeable he is and that he takes the time to explain what’s wrong and answer any questions I have.

Ray did an excellent job and explained everything to me. I am so appreciative. I was overcharged by One Hour Ben Franklin last week for a job that lasted about 4 days. Ray did it correctly and the price was fair! I am calling Rudy Cools from now on, and signing up for their maintenance program!Thank you so much for excellent service!

My appointment window was 2:00-4:00. Ray arrive around 1:30 and was done in less than 40 minutes. That allowed me to keep another appointment I thought I was going to have to cancel. Thanks Rudy Cool for your professionalism.

I’ve been using Rudy Cools for almost twenty years so when it came time to upgrade my aging HVAC system it was a no brainer. They have always been responsive to my needs, efficient, and I didn’t get the heavy sales pitch to get the most expensive system out there that I got from a certain big name company (their quote was almost double). I appreciate the great customer service that Rudy Cools provides.

Bradley was awesome! He took his time to identify and fix the our issue with our air conditioner. He even warned us of a few unrelated things he noticed while in our crawl space. Bradley has visited us a few times over the last 2-3 summers and is always professional, friendly and thorough!
