Great service! On one of the hottest days, they came within 1.5 hours of calling. Charlie is a super knowledgeable tech and had the AC unit fixed in no time. These are the guys to call. I can't say enough good things about Charlie; a 10 -star technician!

I have had service with Tommy Bynum since 2021. Service Tech Nick Berckman installed my new unit back then and still comes twice a year to give routine service. Always very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Tommy Bynum provides excellent customer service, quick response and affordable . Will continue to be a loyal customer!

Tommy Bynum Heating and Cooling installed my HVAC unit a few years ago for significantly less than other local companies. Today my AC wasn't cooling the house, so when I called, they were able to get a technician (Anthony Holden), out to my house within 30 minutes of the call AND he had my AC fixed in less than an hour! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! I cannot recommend this company enough! And thank you so much Anthony 😊

Anthony did a great job. He was on time and very efficient. He let me know what he was going to do and then he explained the service inspection of my ac unit. Very reliable. He has always been reliable and efficient when he does my heating and ac inspection and service in the past.

Anthony was very kind and considerate while performing our yearly inspection. He was very detailed with his explanations and answered all of my questions and concerns with patience. He offered great advice to help our system perform at the best level. I feel we're in good hands with this company.

Anthony was very personable, new his stuff, and was in an out with no distraction (I work from home) other than when he was done for me to check and make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I've used Tommy Bynum H&C for years, and always had very nice and knowledgeable techs, with good and efficient work ethics. I recommend them, and Anthony, for your home HVAC issues.

Charlie has been polite and lets me know what is going on with his testing of the A/C unit. The Goodman A/C unit is basically new and for some reason it keeps on freezing up causing the temperature to rise upstairs. He has a report and photos to show his team and management about what is going on and he will be getting back with me early next week. I really do appreciate all his time and hard work in trying to find out what is going on.

I recently had an issue with my heat pump after installing a new thermostat at my father’s house. I called Brothers because they installed the unit but they didn’t come out after I setup up an appointment. So I did what so many others do and looked for an alternative. In Charlotte, you will find plenty of HVAC repair companies but I focused on ones with great reviews and didn’t do commercials all the time like the bigger companies because they tend to charge twice as much for the same repair.

When I called Tommy Bynum Heating and Cooling, the representative was very pleasant and professional. After, I asked her a couple of standard questions, I felt comfortable making an appointment. The day of the service repair came and Charlie called me before coming to my house. When he arrived, he was friendly and professional. He was easy to talk to and was respectful of the house.

I explained to him the situation and he started with the thermostat, it seems that I didn’t have the proper setting and Charlie was completely up front about my thermostat and why I had issues with the heat pump not working. As we spoke, I realized, not only was Charlie, professional and friendly but also transparent and honest about the diagnostic he performed and how to maintain my system going forward.

The trip charge was very reasonable compared to the other big name companies and if you do the repair with them then they apply it to the repair. I was completely impressed with the work done and Charlie exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using Tommy Bynum for all my HVAC needs.

Chuck, the service technician was on site in about 2 hours from my call. He was professional, courteous and provided clear status of the AC unit. He was able to fix it quickly, offered options but did not push to sell me more than what was need. He provided excellent service at a reasonable price. I very much appreciated the way Chuck took care of the AC unit.

Charles took the time to answer my questions and give me a condition of my current system to make plans for replacement. Tommy Bynum Co. are the best folks to work with. I have been using them since the early 90's.

Cody was very professional and efficientin servicing out AC system. He took the time to check 3 times in the attic to make sure everything was running ok. He also, without me asking, used shoe covers to not get out floors dirty. Great service!
