Mike Burris and his company Unique Air Heating & Cooling do an excellent job in maintaining my three HVAC systems. I called Mike when another company that I had used for 31 years tried to tell me that I needed to replace one of my heating units because the heat exchanger was bad. Their salesman also said that I needed all new duct work. I had Mike come over and he checked my heat exchanger and determined that there was nothing wrong with it. He also found two sections of duct that weren't connected corrected and fixed them. I then signed up with Unique Air Heating & Coolng for annual maintenance checks on all three units. Mike and his employees always makes sure that I am happy with their work and that my equipment is running efficiently. I recently replaced two units and the installation was fast and went with no problems. I am a very happy customer of Unique Air Heating & Cooling. I have recommended them to my neighbors and they are happy also.

Got home from work to a warm house around 5pm. Called to leave a message expecting a call back the next day, dreading a sweaty nights sleep! Received a text from Unique Air offering to have a technician to our home by 9pm the same night! Extremely timely, curteous and knowledgeable service by Brad. He fixed the issue on out 20+ year unit and worked quickly to restore our air. We got a great nights sleep, didn't have to take time our of our workday and have a/c running smoothly once again. Would highly recommend this company and am thankful for the service they provide and the manner in which it is provided. Company name fits!

Being a business owner myself, I was grateful to meet a company that prides themselves in taking care of businesses big or small. Mike and his staff were thorough with educating me on all possible units to accommodate my office and as well as the pros and cons that felt genuine and not geared to making a profit. I really appreciated that and Im glad I chose this company to do the work, I was not disappointed at all!

Unique came to our house 2 out of 3 years to address a freon leak. The serviceman was knowledgeable and had no problem explaining the air issues in the house. Too big a unit for the house. My wife and I ended up buying a completely new HVAC system. 5 years living in the house and it's never felt this good. GSM quoted the unit at a significant amount more than Unique for a bunch of extra junk we didn't. The owner Mike is more knowledgeable than anyone at cost, HVAC systems and being an awesome guy to do business with. I was in constant contact with Mike the whole way and he was hands on helping his servicemen install the unit. Don't waste time. Unique Air has my business for life!!

Crew showed up on time and started work early. Very professional workmanship and a pleasure to work with in solving minor issues with placement of the mini-split unit on the inside and outside. When finished the area was cleaned of all debris and hauled away without me asking. Explanation of remote control unit was to the point and each function explained thoroughly. Excellent job overall and would recommend to anyone wanting superior work quality with a pleasant atmosphere.

I had a 2.5 ton heat pump replaced. It is a split system. Mike recommended replacing only the outside unit, and evaporator coil inside choosing to flush out the Freon lines that connect the inside and outside units. Mike was also the one who installed the unit. The heat pump is working great so far. The only issue I have is why do all HVACs cost so much. The wholesale price of my equipment was less that $1400 but the total cost to install was $4,800.00. Well it has been 2 years since my unit was installed and it has been working great. The unit is quiet and has save me about $1,200 on my electric since this unit was installed. Great job Mike.

My technician was Brad. He was amazing! Told me issues that a previous heating/air place did to my unit and told me what I really needed instead. He went above and beyond trying to get me worked in as fast as possible so I can have heat ASAP. I trust him and I am looking forward to having him come out and keep my unit running smooth!

I was impressed by how responsive they were the day after Xmas. Brad arrived promptly and performed a thorough assessment of my HVAC unit. I had an unusual issue which required 6 hours of work, multiple trips for supplies, and collaboration with management. They went above the call of duty to ensure my family had heat for the holidays. Great, professional people. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable of every aspect of what I needed to learn. He taught me how to Calculate the correct airfilters, Correct Name of the parts, Educated me on why I need the number amount of vents and duct work. I Reccomend you hire him to reinspect your house before you close on your house.

Impressive results with this HVAC service! I am a bit frustrated with other local HVAC services I've hired in the past; and, chose to work with someone new. On a hot summer day, our AC stopped working. We contacted Unique Air by submitting an online request. Less than 45 minutes after submitting online I received a call from Britanny who arranged an *instant* visit from Brad the technician. Brad was professional and through while diagnosing the problem. About an hour after first contact, my AC is working again. Fast, friendly, professional, and fair pricing. Unique Air, you're amazing! Thank you!

Unique Air was very prompt coming to our home. When they arrived, the installation specialist was very knowledable and friendly. He was able to answer any questions I had. He also gave some great advice for keeping down on mold and allergens in our home. He took time with us to insure we knew how to operate our new Nest thermostat as well. We are thankful we chose them for our HVAC needs.

I have and will continue to recommend Unique Air to all my friends and family!

I have dealt with my share of heating and air companies and nobody took the time to explain everything in detail like Mike did who is the owner of Unique Air. He is detailed oriented, knows design and layout to give you the absolute best results. His work is even neat and organized and prides himself on that! In this case I had to replace the built in dehumidifier in which the old one was entirely too big for the area and all the duct work was not properly installed which created a lot of static which led to the unit burning out. I couldn’t have asked for any better service than what I was given. From the initial call in to updates after it was completed to a follow up to make sure things were properly working… that is the service you get! His knowledge and conceptual design in this field is bar none! No one can compete with that! I promise you!

Mike was very professional over the phone. He was honest with me and made me feel comfortable. He gave me a lot of good information to help me with my decision. I did notice the one star review and after clicking on that Google profile I found several other one star reviews with the same responses. Several of them were even posted the same time frame from small companies in multiple different states leading me to believe the one star reviewer is bogus and trolling.

Brad was great. He showed up on time and was also very understanding to the fact that we have a newborn baby that was trying to sleep. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and got the requested job done in a timely manner. I would recommend Unique Air Heating and Cooling to anyone that wants a company that doesn’t beat around the bush and try to sell you things you don’t need. Yes they are not the cheapest but the cheapest is alway the best choice. You pay for what you get. Thanks Brad!

Mike was really professional and knowledgeable but most of all he was extremely helpful and patient, happy to discuss any questions I had beyond what he came to fix. Unlike some other companies I've worked with, not once did he try to be a salesman and because of that, he'll be my first call going forward.
