Pump out septic tank

Great service and price very pleased

Amazing service!! Very nice!! We will defiantly use them again!!

Are septic was backed up Saturday night we called, Mr Langston game on Sunday morning and pumped the tank out.

Work is outstanding and neat . cleans up after his self and on time .. Affordable..

I recommend this company for septic tank pumping and inspections to my clients who are buying or selling properties. I've found him to be hardworking, professional, knowledgable, and easy to get along with. As a Realtor, I highly appreciate those qualities in those that I work with.

Real nice and does a good job

Called scheduled an appointment no show called another day scheduled an appointment and still no show so I called another company. Called back voicemail full.

I called to have a faucet replaced, and the plumber refused because I would not use the faucet that he wanted me to use. I would never recommend this company.

I placed a call to Mr. Thomas Langston plumbing service in Gates, N.C. on January 07, 2018 after speaking with an on call employee of the gates county water dept who referred Mr. Langston to me after I discovered a faucet in my utility room was gushing water...a snow storm with low freezing temps left pipe in a mess and it was determined by Mr. Walter Boone of Gates County dept on call personnel that it was on my side not meter related on county side.

I turned main turn off valve and that shut off all water to house prior to contacting sheriff dept to get in touch with an on call staff for water dept.

After talking with Mr. Boone, I notified Mr. Langston on Sunday and He asked me a series of questions to get an idea of the nature of the pipe damage...

I suggested I could snap photo and send of pipe and faucet which he agreed.

He later called me back to ask if I would measure or guess the size of pipe...which I found my tape measure and did...but in his estimation he came up with his own idea size of pipe.

I ask if he could give me some idea as to when he might be able to get here or schedule a visit to check it or how many others were ahead of me, but but he said, "I can't say when, but I'll call you in the morning" (which would have been Monday yesterday)...
Today is Tuesday it's 10:26 pm...I have attempted calls yesterday evening to both his cell and home phone and outgoing automated message stated, "Mailbox is full and can't take any messages and try back again."

I tried again today (Tuesday) and still got same message that mail box full.

No further word from Mr. Langston since Sunday evening when he called to ask about measuring pipe.
This shows poor customer service and not to mention lack of integrity....unprofessional for a business person.

If he didn't intend to follow up or check out pipe situation then at least say so respectfully and I would have understood.

I hope who ever reads this will be able to make the best informed decision or have a better experience....I would give this business no stars but seems you can not move forward unless you pick a star.

Some people have no conscience or heart or business ethics....but God sees everything.

I won't be recommending this businessman.

This man was referred to me in order to fix a septic backup. I should have known that he wasn't reliable from the beginning when he did not show up as scheduled. He finally came and the first thing he did was preach to me as I assisted him with his set up. He told.me that the main septic line needed replacement and a filter was needed. I was digging trenches while he sat back bragging about how hard I was working. He then asked for money to complete the job and I gave it to him up front. 70 calls later and 30 plus feet of trenches by shovel from me and three shovels of dirt from him, the job has not budged. He told.me.that he was bringing my pipe.to the house
He brought it but would not leave it. I asked him several times as to why he wouldn't leave the pipe. He thought that someone would take it. Long story short he received an upfront payment and did nothing
I am at square one and this dude profited off of my own labor. If could give a negative review it would be -10 and customer be aware of the devil cloakedd in God's words
He is an old school scammer and thinks that the gates of heaven are open to him yet he is destined to hell if this is his way of treating people
