Well, these guys were certified, friendly and fast. Worth every penny. See, as a new homeowner I’ve had a nightmare getting decent and dependable contractors in to help fix some of the preexisting problems with the house, it’s nice to know that I found a place that knows what they’re doing.

I hit a snag when working with them initially, but Shannon was very sincere in making things right. The electricians who were sent to my house were very courteous and professional and most importantly they did a great job.

This is a top notch company. I called leaving work one day (about an hour and twenty away) for a supposed dropped neutral in my electricity for my HVAC (turns out that was not true, electric was fine). They came out within the hour and found nothing wrong, were so professional and timely. I couldn’t ask for more in a company. I will be using them again for any electrical work.

After finally getting power back on some things were not working. Welborn Electric offered to come out same day to check. Fortunately it was cleared up by Duke energy. Without a doubt they have won my business.

Very Impressed with the service I received. I called them yesterday and they came right to me the next day for a non emergency repair. Technicians did a great job and really took the time to troubleshoot the problem to make sure it was done right. Definitely recommend and will use them again if need be.

Welborn Electric did a great job at my home. They were knowledgeable and had no problem answering any of my questions. There electricians were very polite and did the job in a clean and timely matter.

I requested quite a large punch list from Welborne Electric. Wiring a newly installed shed, overhead light installations and repairs, outdoor outlets, to even installing an outdoor sound system and re-running cable and internet lines... and everything in between. They coordinated well with other crews (landscaping, crawlspace) while providing flawless work. They even took the time to travel to Eden, NC from Greensboro, NC which was greatly appreciated. For any electrical needs I have in the future, I know who to call.

Gutted my entire house during addition and renovation project. The entire process was made painless by the entire staff. Augustine and Jonathan did an incredible job and could not have been more pleasant to work with. These guys cleaned up after themselves each and every day. Always had a great attitude. It is refreshing to have a company to be responsive and care about the quality of work they perform. They were so quick that I had to put them off for a day, so I was ready for them. The crew listened to my request and installed 3 LED fixtures in my garage perfectly.

These guys are just amazing. My entire house was having crazy electrical problems reminiscent of the movie Poltergeist. Lights flickering, electronics turning on and off and Duke Energy was not convinced it wasn't on my end because no neighbors were having issues. I reached out to Welborn only about an hour and a half before they were due to close for the day and asked the please to send someone out. Shannon said everyone was tied up but he thought there was one job he could pull a crew over from and sure enough they were at my house within about 30 minutes. The guys were professional, quickly identifying a serious issue that turned out to be on Duke's supply side of the equation. At that point Duke showed up and they stayed and worked with them to explain what they had found so that Duke could take further steps to fix it. Turns out I had a bad neutral line going back to the transformer. It's the 4th of July tomorrow so I really can't thank Welborn enough for their quick, professional and courteous service. 10/10 would call again!

We removed a non-load bearing wall and needed outlets in that wall removed and the switches for the lights rerouted. Everything was done exactly as we asked with minimal need for opening up walls to do it! One small 12x12 inch area was all they needed! They were quick to respond, and as an added bonus...the final bill was less than what we were quoted! They were timely and cleaned up after they were finished. We will definitely use them again if we need electrical services in the future.

Had a home LED retrofit lighting and wiring issue I just couldn't solve. Welborn responded to my online inquiry in <1 business day, came out same day, were professional and thorough in hunting down my problem and getting my lights all configured. 5/5, definitely will use them in the future.

We were having a concrete patio poured in two days and needed a wire repaired in that area. I called several electricians and Wellborn Electric was the only company that was available to come out the very next day!! Two guys showed up on time and were extremely professional and did an outstanding job!! Would definitely use them again.
