Very professional, clean and timely.

Alert Construction installed a new Vapor barrier and replaced fallen and tattered insulation in my crawl space. They finished the work in 2 days and done the job well. I would use them again if I need additional repairs.

Alert Construction has done many projects at my home over the years (repairs and painting). They arrive when they say they will and are very tidy. They do a great job!

Alert fixed our roof and the water stains on the inside. They did a perfect job you cant tell there was water stains. Later we had them replace our outside faucets which where 12 years old very very happy they are our number one home repair.

Alert Construction has done several jobs for us over the years. Our relationship started out with a hot water heater replacement, then moved to a small punch list of items we needed taken care of to sell a house to a complete roof replacement. Then a major chimney repair and even a sunroom addition to our home. Alert Construction has all the professional expertiese they need to get just about any job done. They have done an excellent job every time we call. That's why I keep calling Alert Construction!

As a Realtor, I have asked Alert Construction to provide quotes for homes I am listing. They are quick to get to the home and provide a thorough quote in writing. Julie, the office manager, is amazing! She responds quickly and is always available to answer my questions. I have even used them at my personal home. I highly recommend !

As a Realtor, Alert has truly saved the day on some deals. They are quick to obtain estimates, they have friendly staff, and fair pricing TOO! I recently had an electrician bail on a repair at the last minute. Alert came in and did the job within days and kept us from more delays on closing. They had the invoice ready for the settlement statement soon there after. They are great because they are qualified to do all repairs versus having to shop each out. I would recommend them to Realtors, Home buyers & sellers, and especially landlords. Its hard to get great service at fair prices but at ALERT that's just standard business for them.

Had very positive experience with Alert on repairs (small and large) on home I sold. Estimate was quick and final invoice came in slightly below. They did the work they said they would do. The (Julie in particular) communicated extremely well (pictures w/ annotations, verbal, etc.) on a few small things that popped up as they were doing work and gave me options on how to handle. They did the work on the timeline they told me they'd do.

We have managed hundreds of rental properties, and Alert Construction has completed projects big and small for us. From leaky faucets to complete turn-key renovations for both our rentals and sale properties. Alert does top notch, professional work in a timely fashion. They are super easy to work with, very communicative, do top tier work at a reasonable rate, honor deadlines... We can go on and on and can't think of a single negative thing to say!

Never paid invoice. BEEN YEARS NOW JUST WANTED TO LEAVE A REVIEW SINCE THEIR COMPANY SHOWED UP 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣 it wasn't even that much either that should show you .. smh

Avoid at all costs! This company could not have done a worse job. The job that should have taken a month max took 3 months. Everything from the trim work to the plastering looks amateur. One of them must have cut themselves because there was a smear of blood left on the wall! I finally had to threaten to fire them to get the job finished.

Scheduled an appointment to have drywall repair. Technician never showed up and when I called to find out what was going on, receptionist(who I originally scheduled appointment with), told me I wasn't in the calender and she didn't know what happened. Her only suggestion to accommodate us was to reschedule 2 weeks from now. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time and day!

I was referred to Alert Construction by a fellow REALTOR in the area and hired them to do a job for a Seller in GSO Aug. 2018. Alert completed the job and I quickly added them to my list to refer other jobs to! I even had Ed come out to my personal home to prepare an estimate for a rebuild of a screened in porch/catio on 8/16/18 and was told I would get an estimate asap! It is now almost 3 weeks later (9/5/18) and I have still yet to receive even an estimate!! :/ I've followed up with them 1x per week since the evaluation and did initially receive an email from Ed saying it was his fault for the delay and apologizing and saying he was still working on it.. 2 weeks later.. they're now not even responding to my messages and still nothing... It really seems to be hit or miss with this GC.. There's a 50/50 chance the job will get done and in this business that's just not good enough to rely on.. Needless to say I will be removing Alert Construction from my providers and will be seeking other contractors to complete the numerous jobs on my own residence and those of my clients.
