Shawn was communicative, fun, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Great experience.

Called Call Dad at 9:15 in the morning, technician was there by 10:15. The technician was Jackson Norton and he did a great job. Was very polite and explained everything he was doing along the way. Fortunately it wasn't a big problem and was fixed in 30 minutes. I called Call Dad because my son had used them and recommended them. We are very pleased and will definitely use them again.

He found that our surge protector had notapparently not been installed when the unit was putting the service, we appreciate him catching that!
Nothing was entered under price paid since it was part of the original contract.

Shaun chapson did a excellent job doing the maintenance on my oil furnace, I would recommend having him come back at the next visit very knowledgeable and polite showed me and explained what he was doing and what needed to be done
