We had a gas leak they got here fast on the weekend and resolved it with 30 min. Others couldn't do a weekend repair.

Awesome!! Matt and his assistant came right in and found the issue with our HVAC unit. They were both knowledgeable and down to earth. They identified an igniter switch that had gone bad. Matt had the unit fixed and working in less then 30 mins! I definitely recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs. A ++++ service!

About 2 months ago our air went out in the middle of a heat wave. We rent from American Homes 4 Rent so it was a headache dealing with them and trying to get them to approve the part that needed to be replaced. However, the complete opposite could be said about Air Serv. The owner, Melissa, went out of her way to help us and assure that the part was installed as soon as it got to the warehouse and they were able to pick it up. I would 110% use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for honest help and an honest opinion.

Cardinal Aire (Ken) is top notch! First of all, they are punctual! Secondly, their customer service is second to none (Laura is phenomenal)! I called yesterday and was given an appointment for today. He came out diagnosed the problem, replaced the part and had my air fixed within 30 mins! I will recommend them to everyone. I most definitely will use them again!

I can't express how wonderful this company is. We went without heat for 10 days due to our landlord NOT being responsive, I called and Laurie was familiar with the company we rent from and was able to get a tech to us immediately. She was able to take the stress of communicating with our landlord for payment so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. She went above and beyond! The techs that came out were amazing and fixed previous mistakes that were made to this unit. It took less than 2 hours and we had heat! I was so happy I wanted to hug them for being so amazing. Thank you for all you do.

I highly recommend Cardinal Aire. This was actually my second time working with this company. First was through my home warranty, and second was individually. They provided exceptional service – punctual, professional and courteous. Ken, Ricky, and Zach are very knowledgeable and explained the repairs in a way that I could understand. They made sure I understood what needed to be replaced and why. I will continue to work with Cardinal Aire for any future HVAC issues, and trust them implicitly.

When our A/C went out multiple times, we've had different people come out to diagnosis and repair it. But Cardinal Aire is the ONLY company that we're 100% professional, GREAT customer service, and most importantly NEVER let us sit with no A/C for more than 8hrs. Even if they were an hour away, they made sure to come to my house before the day was over. Melissa is running a great business and makes sure that he team is doing their job the right way. The team at Cardinal should be your first call if you are having heat or AC issues. Mellisa visited our home and quickly diagnosed the issues after running a few tests. She explained what the problems were and ordered the parts. A few days later the guys showed up to install a new condenser as well as moved and rebuilt the plenum and trunkline. They also replaced the evap core. The install was all of 3 hours.

Nothing was left undone or out of place after they left.

Cardinal Aire replaced our heating system and did a phenomenal job. They were fast, communicated great and were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!
