It's a really bad company, I asked a quote hey they said because it's new house they don't work on new house

We have used CCAC for many years for heating and AC. They have installed a new furnace and AC and all has gone well until I called and asked for help with toilet issue. A couple of years or so ago, an employee can to work on toilet. He made the part that you can turn the water on/off so that I cannot turn the water off so I called CCAC to get them to send someone to turn it on. They were going to charge me $95.00 for service call to turn a control on. I'll investigate an alternative to their services. Un fortunate.
