Had trouble with my unit. Called and the technician (Shane) was there within the hour. Relaced the blower in my unit. Did
a very thorough job. I would definitely recommend their services am 100 percent satisfied!

These guys are awesome, had my heating unit go out and they were there the same day to fix it. Even had the replacement part with them when the came to fix it. Arron is the man, knew exactly what it was before even seeing the unit. I just have him a description and he knew exactly what to do. Extremely fast and efficient service. Fair price for the service too. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Chrismon was contracted to install our smart thermostat. Chad was the installer. He is a true asset to this company as I would use them - and ask for Chad- on all my ongoing needs for heating and air conditioning. Chad was prompt and very knowledgable. He was very thorough and did a great job of educating us for our ongoing needs. He was so cordial and went beyond the call of this one installation. We not only will reuse this company, but will always ask for Chad to return. Thanks for great service!

Arron came out and gave us a quote for a new furnace and AC unit. He spent well over an hour explaining each system he was quoting so we fully understood what we were purchasing. Two days later our AC kicked the bucket and on a Saturday no less. We called Arron back and he was able to get us an indoor unit until our install on Monday morning. Jordan and Griffin were our installers. They were very friendly and professional. There was a little difficulty get everything up and running but they stayed until the install was finished. I highly recommend them to friends and family!

Christen provided the best estimate and the best warranty for the new system. They arrived on time, were very neat and very nice folks to work with to get everything done. Everything they promised was done. The install was completeD in one day and they took away every piece of trash with them. Gary and his helper, Tyler, did not waste any time and they both worked hard. The Electricians were also very nice and even helped me solve another problem. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH CHRISMON AND WERE REFERRED BY A FRIEND WHO IS EQUALLY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TEAM!

Chromosome Heating and Cooling is great to work with. They are super responsive and supportive! They came out to my house first thing when I had used their 24 hour chat line. Turns out I had wired my thermostat incorrectly with a newer unit and system. They also provided maintenance check on my furnace system before the fall winter weather. They explained everything along the way and did not mind me asking all the questions so I could understand my system a bit better 😊. I highly recommend this company and they will continue to have my business for my bi-yearly maintenance.

Y'all are wonderful! We had an AC unit fail after closing on a house and called around 6pm. We were told the on-call technician would be paged. Received a call within 30 mins from the technician, Alex! He made the trip to our house within an hour. Alex diagnosed the issue, explained it in detail, and fixed it (bad capacitor). We were then given a brief, but very detailed explanation of our options for payment, discounts, and maintenance plans. The on-call fee was absolutely reasonable, as well as future maintenance plans. He fielded all of our questions and was very professional. Before he left, he surveyed the rest of the house to ensure airflow was sufficient from all of the vents. Thank you so, much!
