The team at Michael and sons were very responsive. I was able to get an appointment the same day Within just a few hours of calling. And the technician was knowledgeable, courteous, on time, and very conscientious.

Made appointment online for next day. Water heater replaced and changed my water filter for me. Very courteous and explained in detail. Very appreciative of the timely service and the return of hot water!

My wife and I were in need of a new water heater. Michael & Sons came out in the morning a few days after we called and was able to install a new one the same day. Our technician, Cody Blum, did a fantastic job explaining our system and our options. He did a great job installing the new WH and without any issues. Would definitely recommend Michael & Sons and we will continue to use them for our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs

Our heat stopped working on Thanksgiving evening. After resetting the system and spending a night in a cold house, I searched around with dim hopes of finding a company with Black Friday availability. Thankfully, Michael & Son was able to send someone on short notice. Booking through their website was easy, and they did a good job of communicating when their technician would be arriving.

Said technician, Noe Ansaldo, was polite, professional, and fast. He got our heat working in only a few minutes and stuck around to make sure that it stayed on and functioned properly.

Admittedly, Michael & Son runs higher than others for a service call (total came out to $95), but on a day with a high in the low 40s, that still proved to be money well-spent. I would not hesitate to use Michael & Son again should the need arise.

Had a great experience with Brandon. From start to finish, he was a true professional. Very respectful of my property. His professionalism and quality of work gives me the peace of mind the job was done right. Would highly recommend. Thanks again.

A word that comes to mind regarding my service this morning is impressive! Dillon was scheduled to be here between 8:00-10:00 and he arrived moments before 8:00. He was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. As a senior citizen in today’s world there is a level of stress associated with allowing a stranger in your home. Dillon had a demeanor, from the moment I met him, that caused me to like and trust him, thereby gaining confidence in your company.

Christian did a wonderful job installing a new outlet and surge protector in our garage. He was quick, responsive, and overall just a wonderful guy. Highly recommend!

Lamar was on time and so friendly and informative! In just a few minutes, he had our generator up and running and gave us some very helpful info for the future. Will definitely call again if we have any issues in the future! Thank you Lamar!

I set an appointment to have Michael & Sons to come out and check a breaker that continued to trip. The appointment was easy to set online. Christian was the service technician he arrived within the appointment window. He was very patient with me explaining the problem. He started with the least problem of what could cause my problem. And work from that point and discovered a faulty wiring could be the problem. I was thankful, he fixed it and took care of another light switch. I appreciated Michael's professionalism and knowledge of his job. Thanks Christian!! I'd recommend Christian for your electrical work.

Noe the technician came out and inspected my furnace. Noe was very knowledgeable, friendly and listened to my concerns about my furnace. Noe did a very thorough inspection of my system. I was very pleased with his work. I will definitely call Micheal and Son again if I need any services done.

Service was excellent! Manuel was the tech who came to perform a check-up on our furnace. He was thorough and professional. Manuel explained how our furnace was operating and shared concerns in a way that wasn’t intimidating or confusing for a first-time home owner. When he suggested getting a new system (20yr old furnace btw), I did not feel any pressure to go along. Manuel was able to have schedule someone out to see me later that day!

I am super impressed with the gentlemen that came out to help me with our HVAC. I will be using Michael and Sons services again! Thank you!

Noe was very professional, friendly and punctual. Very good at his job. I felt comfortable with him in my home, he diagnosed my problem quickly and was thorough in fixing my problem. I would recommend him and call him specifically if necessary.

I chose your company because of the positive reviews. Noe was my technician. He did not rush and was very detailed in his explanation of what was going on with my system. I was very impressed in how easy it was for him to give a thorough but simple explanation for us to understand. I would recommend this company and Noe to anyone including my own mother!!! We felt Jace did a great job with our 50 amp RV outlet. He arrived on time and completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time. He took the time to insure we were in agreement on the placement of the outlet in relation to our use of our bully dog monitor and we very pleased with his results.

Christian is outstanding. Not only did he work efficiently and professionally, he showed exemplary respect for me and our home. He was friendly, and represented the company in a way that is rare. He bragged on his employer as far as what they offer customers, and that he is glad to be employed by them. He cleaned up after his work. The light fixtures and three outlets he installed were handled with the utmost care.
