Fantastic service, called and Webb had a technician at my house in 30 minutes.
Took him maybe another 30 minutes to diagnose the issue and 30 minutes to get it fixed.
Heats up and working.
The technician was polite, personable and friendly.
Every person I’ve dealt with in person or on the phone seems to share these qualities. Highly recommend Webb HVAC!!!!

I am a long time customer. I make sure to keep a service contract for Spring and Winter maintenance.
Webb always calls to set up appointments to make sure I am on schedule with service agreement check ups. A good thing.

My heating system is not working, Matthew from Webb got my heater going right always , he is professional and check everything for any other defects for me before he leaves, thank you, I will use Webb heating, air conditioning and electrical again.

Bobby was very friendly and and knowledgeable when it came to fixing the problem with my thermostat. He checked everything and as he was working explained what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it and how much extra it would cost. I would definitely call for him to come back if I have another issue. Thank you so much for having such a valuable employee. Now give that man a raise ! :) ♡

Walker was great! He was friendly with my dogs and even had to pull my cat, who climbed up with him, out of the attic. I also liked that he asked if I had any questions for him before he left. I'm always happy with the services Webb provides and the technicians they send out.

We've been using this company since purchasing our older home a few years ago. Both our a/c and furnace are dated, with our a/c being the oldest at 23 years. This company has been nothing but honest, informing us on all maintenance visits that everything was running surprisingly fine. The first issue we've had arose this past week when our a/c stopped running. While some companies might take advantage and say you need a new system, they diagnosed a faulty fuse and also a failing capacitor that had contributed to our higher energy bills the past month. For a few hundred dollars, our a/c was up and running again and our energy bills should go back to normal. We will definitely continue using Webb for our heating and a/c.

Walker has good customer service skills and he knows his job.

Matthew was awesome. He responded quickly and he arrived on time. He was very professional and made us feel confident that he would find what was causing the problem and He did just that. He explained, we agreed and he had us up and running immediately. It was registering 82 degrees inside and before he left we could feel the cool air coming from the vents. Thank you for technicians like Matthew.

Walker was great. He was done in a timely manner, very professional and even got along with my cat.

Our air conditioning went out on Friday. I called Webb and they were supposed to come out on Monday. Thank goodness this angel of a technician John, volunteered to work on Saturday so our unit was repaired. He was super nice, knowledgeable and efficient. The whole process start to finish was less than 24 hours from the time that I called from the to the time that it was complete. I would highly recommend them.

Matthew H. came out today to do our summer maintenance. He was friendly and professional and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend Webb for HVAC service. They’ve maintained and occasionally repaired our oil furnace, heat pump and air conditioners for a number of years now.
