Able sent a man the same day I called and did the drain cleaning another company failed to do. They did it quickly and inexpensively as Plumbers charge. Alex, the plumber was courteous and efficient. I'll use able the next time I need a drain cleaned.

Yesterday I had Able Sewer & Drain come out to clear a clog in the pipes in my bathroom. I just can't say enough about how amazing they were. Same day service,friendly,experienced crew. Extremely reasonable with their pricing. Actually saved me hundred of dollars if I had called other companies. They stand behind their service. Been in business over 60 years. I would recommend them to everybody!! Yes the address is Greensboro but don't let that stop you from calling them if you live in McLeansville, Whitsett, Gibsonville area.

Service was exceptional! My drains were clogged and the problem was resolved efficiently! Very professional and reasonable price for the service. Thank you so much for your fast and prompt service! ♥️

It's most often an unfortunate surprise when you need a plumber. Once again I needed a plumber when my well quit. What a relief when you get a quick response and needed help. Thanks again Able Plumbing. Shawn was quick to the rescue.

I recently had crises and used their service, Great management and well-informed. The manger worked me in timely manner, also explained in detail what I have to expect and the Technician (Alex) was very knowledgeable and finished the job quickly and accurately. He also advised what I need to do to reduce future problems.

Called this morning at 10 needing my sewer drain cleaned out because it was baking into the house. The guy got here within 30 min and I’m good to go. Very professional and fast service.

After having dealt with another individual the day before that cost $300 and no repair, I called Able Sewer & Drain. They were so so pleasant to talk to and so professional. I spoke to Christy first and then Alex arrived not even an hour later. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed it. He was here maybe an hour. I will definitely recomment this company to anyone who askes.

Excellent end to end experience -- called this morning, Jason arrived in the afternoon -- called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Cleared the clogged drain expertly -- pleasant guy -- job done well and reasonably priced! Will definitely recommend o friends and will use this firm again.

Over the years we have used many plumbing contractors. They were easy to contact and had a very congenial person that handled my phone questions. The gentleman that came was right on time. He cleaned the pipe that was clogged and was gone in an hour. The charge was very reasonable. If I have any future plumbing issues (hope not) they will be my first choice.

Called to set up an appointment expecting something next week. Alex was at my house in 20 minutes. We explained the issue we were having with our washer flooding and backing up into the sink. Several months ago another company tried to fix it with no noticeable difference, so at this point I assumed we were going to end up replacing the pipe. Imagine how happy I was when Alex climbed onto the roof, worked some amazing magic, and had everything draining properly in 30 minutes. The drain has always been slow and always backed up, so I just assumed it was the product of old pipes in an old house. If I could give Able more stars I would! Thank you to Christy and Alex for prompt, effective, and affordable service!

Had a sewer line block up from house to roadway this past Friday Night.
I called several plumbers and drain cleaners, but no return calls. Then I called Able Sewer and Drain Cleaning. They answered the phone right away, told me that their man, Michael, was on a job but should be there in less than an hour and would call when he was on his way. Gave the hourly rate and when I explained what was going on, they said it should be less than an hour to fix.
Everything happened just as they said. Michael called 20 minutes later, showed up in about 10 minutes and had the problem fixed in 30 minutes. Price was just as quoted.
If only every service company could perform like this.

Able does a great job for us. Called for help to locate a mystery leak after receiving a high water bill. Able got someone out the same day, was professional, courteous, and helped us solve the problem.

My questions were answered and I was given an estimate over the phone based on an hourly rate. I had previously called other companies and they would only tell me the cost for a service call, but would not give me a ballpark figure for what I needed done, even though I knew what the problem was. Able's prices are not only fair, they're competitive.

The technician who responded was extremely helpful, friendly, and skilled. He informed me of what was going on step-by-step and made recommendations for things I could do to prevent future issues.

I will be using their annual maintenance program, and will call them right away should any other issues arise. I highly recommend Able Sewer & Drain!

I contacted Able Sewer and Drain on New Year's Eve around 4 PM and within a few hours they were pulling in our driveway. The service technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and, best of all, was able to get our stoppage fixed in less than an hour. I highly recommend them for your sewer and drain needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Sean and Christy. We had just moved in to a new house and within 5 days were experiencing septic backups. Long story short, we had several different plumbing and septic "specialists" come out and point the finger at each other without fixing the problem over the course of a week. We called Able, and by the end of the day it was discovered that the true problem was a broken septic line under my garage floor. The next day, Sean and Ben worked tirelessly to dig up the floor and fix the line. Throughout the entire process, Sean and Ben were the utmost professionals and kept up abreast of what was going on and what they needed to do. After all was said and done, Sean was even nice enough to come back out a week later to meet with the insurance adjuster to explain what he found and what was needed. Able is a top shelf company that employs the best of the best. Not only was the problem fixed and fixed properly, but we have made new friends in the process. I recommend Able 100% without hesitation for any plumbing needs.

We've had such a phenomenal experience with Able Sewer & Drain. There was sewage backing into the bath tub. I called them and explained what was going on. They sent someone out the next day per my request. They were honest, reliable, fast, and very professional. I'm so very impressed. I would rather not have drainage problems but if I do, there is no doubt who I will call. From the person taking the call, through the technician who arrived to assist us, I was more than pleased.

The service call was both professional and caring. The gentleman that serviced our needs was neat and made sure our problem was resolved before he left.
