Tug Brown and his team are great. They came in behind another company whose work and projected plans scared me! Tug listened to what I said and came straight away. And, they cleaned up after themselves, just great professionalism!

Tug Brown and Grayson, his "right hand man", saved the day for me! I had new countertops installed in my kitchen two days ago. At the last minute, the plumber I had scheduled had to cancel due to a family emergency. Scotland Granite and Marble, the (also fantastic) granite company I worked with, recommended Tug and even scheduled him for me. Tug came early so that he could be sure everything he needed was here and before there was even room for him to begin his part. I can't say enough great things about my experience with Tug, Michelle (Tug's wife) and Grayson! They are honest, hard-working people who do an excellent job with a positive attitude. I am so grateful for their help!

An awesome plumber! Tug Brown arrived exactly on time and was quick and efficient. He was finished within the hour. And his prices are very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend Brown's Plumbing to anyone needing any plumbing work done...you won't be disappointed.

Called them three do different times, and they.never responded.

I called Mr.Brown and asked him to run a snack down my sewer line his response to me was we have 2 different snakes and he would send someone over today and sure enough 2 of his employees showed up and I told them I wanted to snake my sewer line and they didn't even look under the house instead they started digging up my septic tank and told me that it was my septic tank needed pumping so they called a septic tank company to pump my septic tank out the next morning and sure enough the septic tank company showed up and told me that there's nothing wrong with my septic tank and didn't charge me anything even though I tried to pay him. Then I called and texted Mr Brown and he would not take my call or return any calls or texts but he did charge me 133.44 dollars for checking my septic tank which there was nothing wrong with.If Browns plumbing new half as much as the septic tank company they would do what the home owners want and not what they wanted to do even though I did what they said to do.If you are looking for true and good Plumbing Companie use PRIDE PLUMBING there moto is HAPPY today or don't pay. I would not recommend Browns Plumbing to anyone looking for a honest and professional company. Learn the hard way like I did or call a different company for your plumbing needs.
