Had my service visit today and as always has been the case we were treated quickly and professionally. The technician, Christian was informative and thorough making sure that both my wife and I were completely aware of whatever he did. He showed us pictures of any problems that he found and advised us of future work that we should consider. We will continue to use North Beach with confidence that our needs will be met! I trusted reviews and gave these guys a call. We live in Avon, and needed new unit asap. I think Billy came the day I called and gave me an estimate within a couple of days, with a few available options to choose from. Unit was installed earlier than planned, communication was never an issue. Professional crew, I am so glad I’ve found them. Highly recommend!!

Christian did a great job today for our semiannual Spring maintenance. He has been performing both maintenance and repair for our system for the past 4 - 5 years. Today, his keen eyes observed a fraying wire which over time could have "shorted" the entire system. Repairs were made. Great job!

I didn't have a good feeling after speaking with this person and felt they were taking advantage of the situation I was in. I found the team at North Beach and they were life saving angels! We have a service contract with North Beach, and they have always been outstanding (they installed our geothermal system as well). Today I discovered my house was not cooling correctly. Within 2 hours Christian showed up at my door with a smile and hope! He found the problem super fast and was able to fix it quickly. Great working with this company to fix our A/C. Our coils were discontinued by the manufacturer but somehow they sourced a replacement and were able to fix our unit. They even helped us out with window units to get through the shipping period before they were replaced. Thank You North Beach AC! And thank you Christian for your work today

Christian came to do the spring inspection and was very thorough in his work as well as the explanations on what he found throughout the systems and our options. AC went out when feel like temperatures was consistently over 102. My mom at 101+ years old was suffering. Chad came out immediately and diagnosed the problem, warranty as verfied and new part ordered with an expected delivery date of 7-10 business days. When stand alone room units became available, 2 were installed as interim help. Luckily, the new part arrived earlier than expected and in just over a week the AC was back on. All employees were pleasant and very kind. Would highly recommend
