Brad and his team recently installed a Generac system at our house. The entire experience from quote to final test was one of the experiences I have had with any home service provider (contractor, electrician, plumber, etc....). Where to begin! Do you need an electrician? If you do then you need to call Brad at BC Ingram Electric. He was on vacation when we saw his advertisement. We called the number and he answered the phone promptly. He made an appointment with us to call back upon his return and he did. He met with us and provided service above and beyond. My husband and I are both senior citizens and he explained and answered all our questions. We had our electric system updated, purchased a 22kw natural generator and a 30 amp service out let installed. He handled everything from start to finish. Contacting all the necessary parties for permits, location etc. One stop shopping! Work was great and all his staff are professional, helpful and thorough. You will not be disappointed if you call. Thank you Brad and everyone from the bottom of our hearts!

I called to get an estimate on a job I needed to have done, and he came out very promptly. He was professional and courteous, and gave us a very fair price that we were happy with. He ordered our part and within a little over a week he was back out to do our job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. Our job has been completed, and we could not be happier with the service. I highly recommend them!

I don’t know how their work ethic is. But they need to work on their driving. One of their vans came into my lane. I had to slam on brakes and he kept crossing lanes like I wasn’t there. I’m a big blue van. Hard to miss.

Don't waste your time. Rude and the whole no job is to complicated, too big or too small is a lie.

It looks like his service and professional has really dropped off. He filed permits and disappeared. My wife is in tears and when I finally got him on the phone he said “he’s not a slave” and “three weeks isn’t that long to answer a call”
