I apologize to Davis and all their employees fory post about Davis in South Carolina. I posted it by mistake. I didn't pay attention to the location and for that, I'm so very sorry. Thank you so much for your professional response and reply. I want to set the record straight. DAVIS HEATING AND AIR IN HIGH POINT NORTH CAROLINA WAS NOT THE COMPANY I BOUGHT MY UNIT FROM. Davis Heating & Air is the best. I had an unusual request, that I only need my new HVAC systems line set extended and evacuated. No one else would even return my calls, but Davis did. They sent Derrick out and within a couple hours he had the work completed and everything was working as it should. Derrick was very professional and easy to work with. I will be using Davis Heating & Air from now on, and telling everyone that I know that they should call them as well.

Davis heat and air take great care of all our units, They are very professional and go out of their way to help you if any problems arise with a unit. If you need any air or heat work I highly recommend them..

Davis Heating and Air assessed my HVAC needs and gave me a detailed quote. Responded in a timely manner and answered questions that rose. They explained the difference in brands without discussing prices of those systems. They gave me the information needed to make the decision on my own. While installing the system, I was working in my home office and forgot that they were present. All were professional and most importantly they provided me with excellent customer service and did not attempt to overprice me.

Great company! They sent someone right out and fixed our problem right away. Derrick noticed our heat wasn't as hot as it should be and fixed a feature of the heat pump we didn't know was missing. We're going to end up saving money due to this quality service!

Davis heating and air came to my sons house. That is the side of my house last week. He had not had air in days and it was very hot. Had already called another company that I had used previously to come. They came out before Davis was here 15 minutes and said maybe not 15 minutesand said I need your whole new unit. Davis came out later on that afternoon. Looked at it fixed it while he was here soldering the coils instead of replacing the whole unit which save me a tremendous amount of money thank you Davis heating and air.

New HVAC system installed; System was installed by skilled and courteous technicians who were very respectful of home. Would highly recommend their services.

Excellent contact through Renee. Landon and Alec showed up promptly within an hour to access the situation of our heat pump. They showed up promptly when parts ordered had arrived. Fixed the problem and now we are warm for the winter. Also had them look at our gas logs that had been looked at from a different company last year without it being fixed. They figured out our gas logs were actually fine and the issue was a simple light switch fix saving us hundreds of dollars. Would highly recommend. Great job!😃👏

Derek and Ryan came out for a service call. They were prompt and efficient. The technicians were very thorough and talked me through everything in a way that was easy to understand. They showed me ways to make sure my system was clean and running smoothly. They did not try and over sell me on a new unit, which was refreshing, so they will be the ones we hire when we do need a new one. We have worked with a handful of companies over the years and Davis is the one I would choose to work with in the future.

I also want to compliment Jeremy who came out to our house a couple of weeks ago and worked with my husband and we were equally impressed with his knowledge and professionalism
