Great professional company! I have used Eanes in the past and was let down multiple times so I decided it was time for a change. Sure glad I did! Recommend them to anyone who asks!

I have used their services for years. They have always been friendly and professional. I have the maintenance plan with them and my 14 year old unit is still running smoothly because of them.

My ac shut down, Tyler had the problem identified and fixed in 20 minutes!!! He and his helper were super nice and friendly. And get this......they were EARLY and gave plenty of notice they were on the way. I will definitely keep Triad as my new hvac people!

Brandon Dietz was our tech today and he was as top notch as we expected. We’ve always felt good about our service with Triad Heating and Cooling. Dealing with machines is always a crap shoot cuz you don’t know what to expect. These folks are always on top of things when the time comes and we wouldn’t choose any other company.

My AC was fixed in no time! Businesses are usually backed up on hot days. They were able to come out sooner than expected, had the parts to do the repair, and were finished in no time. We’re all very happy that we’ll sleep cool tonight!
