We had the same Technician, Moss for the past year on fixing our 10 year old Samsung French door fridge on two separate issues. The first issue was ice maker not working and Moss quickly diagnosed and came to install very quickly. Obviously due to supply issues, the part our fridge need took a couple of weeks to get in. The 2nd time is our internal water dispenser broke and Moss knew exactly what needed to be fixed within minutes. He ordered the part and came back a week later to install the part. We used our Sears home warranty that sent out the reliable RTP Easy Fix each time. The tech is polite, friendly and answered our questions. I would recommend them

This company was assigned through my home warranty company. I had several kitchen appliances fail on me. I contacted RTP Easy Fix and left a message. They called me back the same to schedule an appointment. The technician showed up on time on the day of the appointment and quicy diagnoses the issues with my appliances. Due to the home warranty, he was required to submit a report to the warranty company to get the parts and do the repair. He told me upfront that it could take 5 to 10 business days before he would get the parts and authorization to complete the work. Luckily, the technician called he in four days to schedule an appointment to repair the appliances. On the day of the repair, he showed up in the time period he said he would and the repair went smooth with no issues.

I was referred to this company by my home warranty company. They came to fix my dishwasher within 25 minutes of contacting them. He spent 30 minutes diagnosing and fixing my dishwasher and now it runs without leaking. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is need of fast and reliable service.

RTP Easy Fix called me within 2 hours of my claim being submitted to them and scheduled a time for the next morning and was there promptly at 8am. Diagnosed my issue quickly. He ordered the parts and Sears shipped them quickly as well. He came to repair the item on the wall oven as soon as parts were delivered. Excellent Service! I also remember using them for dryer repair a few years ago, also same great service!

After another local company first delayed and then canceled my appointment, I searched around and contacted several local companies to try to get a stove repair done. RTP Easy Fix was the first to respond, so they got the job. The technician came out the same day and diagnosed the issue. I ordered the parts, and, when they arrived, he came back on a Saturday to finish up the work, completing it quickly. He was professional and respectful to both my wife and I, and wore a mask the entire time he was in our home.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOUR HOME WARRANTY USE THEM AS REFERRAL. THEY DON'T COMMUNICATE WELL AND DID NOT SHOW UP ON TIME. THEY DID NOT FIX MY ISSUED AND THEY DID NOT RETURN MY CALLS.
