Jordan was very courteous. He explained what he was going to do during visit. He replaced air filters as well.

Charles came to do our regular HVAC inspection. He was professional and explained the findings clearly (with pictures).

Communicated well. Friendly. Not techs fault but our 8am appointment shifted to a 130pm appointment gradually.

Very responsive and great communication. They were out in a few hours of the call to diagnose the issue. Friendly technicians and staff. Jordan was the original tech who diagnosed the problem. Ryan and Rob did the repair. All 3 of them were very knowledgeable and super hard working. The repair was pricey but it was reasonable. Overall a great experience.

Customer rep was outstanding, and the technician they sent, Anthony Martinez and his team mate, both diagnosed the issue very quick, and explained how the capacitator was going bad and needed replacement. They were very profesional and seemed knowledgeable, thank you guys for your services.

Anna was great! She arrived right on time to address my plumbing issue and was able to pick up the needed part the following day and install quickly. She was very professional and personable! I will request her in the future.

Very pleased with the details about the quote to replace my tankless water heater. Where it is now is not within code and therefore has to be moved further away from the gas pipes. The technician, Ray, was very careful to explain everything to me. I appreciated the time he took.

Nico was our diagnostic technician for a A/C unit that would not turn on. Nico and his expertise and service may have been the BEST we have ever received. He talked to us multiple times through the out the process, explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it and gave us cost updates throughout his two hour job. Jordan and Anthony came out and were very thorough! Because Jordan double-checked the thermostats before they left, he was able to identify a problem, cleaned out the water line, helped with some good advice and explained the different maintenance plans, and NOW we have our nice, cool air back! Thank you so much, and thanks for scheduling us the very next morning after I called with our problem.

From start to finish, this job is five-star. Our technician Robert Wishart is the best. He is expert, knowledgeable, efficient, on time, and extremely pleasant to work with. Everything went so well. We recently had converted our gas range stove to an electric stove which is not a simple project, particularly with the positioning of our electrical panel. But from start to finish the team at Alexander Services was accommodating, friendly, flexible and thorough. They provided us with an affordable option and quality work. Excellent professionals from the scheduler to the technician (John)! Fair and reasonable pricing too. Our A/C stopped working on a 95-degree Saturday afternoon. Alexander’s was available & fixed the problem the next day. We were so impressed with John’s service and knowledge that we signed up for their twice-annual maintenance contract. I recommend Alexander Service to everyone!

We are so glad we made the switch to Alexander Services! They have been there for us when we needed them- for routine service and for our first “emergency” (aka AC went out). Turns out our AC is fine as we have had them help us maintain it, but we were able to determine it was likely the energy company shutting the grid down during the hottest part of the day. David was our tech today and he was beyond amazing. Explained everything to us clearly, was patient while I asked him so many questions, and gave us some recommendations for the future of our unit. He even reminded us that Alexander Services is there for us for plumbing and electric, which we forgot, as we do have an electrical need. David is awesome, incredibly knowledgeable and honest- he didn’t try to over sell us. We trust Alexander Services and have been happy with each and every interaction we’ve had. Also the nice lady that scheduled the call- she was so helpful getting us an appointment at the last minute. We appreciate you!!

We recently had to have a new HVAC unit installed and we were very happy with Alexander Services. They were very informative and patient with our questions. Our installers, Jayson, Mauricio, and Rob were all phenomenal with the install. Our unit is in the attic with a narrow opening, which made for a challenging installation. They worked for almost 11 hours to ensure our units were up and running. They were also very polite and did a great job cleaning up. I would highly recommend Alexander Services!
