I had a great experience with Reliable. They were at my house in the appointment time window. Michael came in looked at my thermostat and showed me the proper way I should be using it. Took a look at the problem, fixed i, explained to me what was wrong and I have AC again. He arrived around 11 and was gone by 11:45 very courteous and professional.

We had an incredibly positive experience with our technician Matt. He was able to come out the same day that we called and quickly assess the issues that we were having with our air conditioning unit. He went above and beyond to fix our unit, despite it being very old and a complicated issue. When he did ultimately determine that the only fix was to replace the entire system, the price was more than fair. I would highly recommend this company!

What a great company! They were able to get out to fix my air conditioning right away. Customer service was excellent and the pricing was fair. I signed up for their regular maintenance service and look forward to continuing to do business with Reliable Heating and Cooling.

Reliable Heating and Air (rebranded "Kodiak"). Phenomenal experience. They installed a new HVAC system, within a week of diagnosing issue with old system. Everyone, from office staff to technicians were extremely professional, communicative (text updates at every stage of the project) and happily, provided great value for money, especially compared to some of the "bigger names" you see advertised on local T.V.

Michael showed up within the scheduled time frame. He was very polite and kind. He completed a thorough diagnostic on my A/C system. He explained to me what the problem is and how it should be repaired and is communicating directly with my warranty company to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend his services.

Anthony took the time to explain what was done and showed us pictures of the finished work. He also explained how to program the new thermostat. His analysis of the current state of my cooling system reflected a desire to maintain the property according to the high standards in my contract agreement with Finance Of America. We have been dealing with non stop AC issues this Summer. Kodiac technician was very knowledgeable, identified the root causes and fixed them in less than two hours the upstairs AC was working!

Excellent company, courteous and prompt from the first phone call to when the completed the job. Will definitely be my first call next time. Didn't try to upsell or replace things that aren't needed and gave an honest assessment. We need more service professionals like this.

Hard to find a reliable, trustworthy company these days! I have never felt more compelled to leave a review for a company until now!
