Seriously love this company. Great prices all around. Needed a new unit installed after our 15 year old (ish) Goodman bit the dust. Danny was detailed, very personable, reasonable, and honestly felt like a new friend after the initial assessment and quote. Mike and Chris also did an absolute helluva job with the install and walked me through everything needed once it was complete. Amazing comradery between these two!

We've had McClintock contracted on several homes of ours for HVAC maintenance, and they have always been very reliable and consistent. We had a large project come up to replace all of our existing ductwork, and McClintock surpassed all of our expectations, from initial planning through the completion of the work. Sam Stives provided so much detail on the design and addressed a lot of issues we were having... Riley, Alex and Kevin handled the bulk of the load under the house and did an outstanding job. Everyone was super friendly, the worksite was left clean, and they even addressed an issue that was not theirs to fix, but they assisted anyway! I highly recommend McClintock!!

Our routine maintenance service check today by Baker was top notch!! He thoroughly examined both heating systems utilized in our home and provided a clear explanation of what he was doing every step of the way. Baker showed the utmost professionalism and respect for both my husband and myself as well as our home! I highly recommend McClintock for all heating and cooling services

Matt was FANTASTIC! It's very hard nowadays to find somebody that you know you can trust and it's being 100% honest and transparent with you- but with Matt you have found your person. I would trust anything he has to say so give him a chance.

We’ve had McClintock replace both our HVAC systems several years ago and have enjoyed having their maintenance plan. We just had Jake out for our fall maintenance visit. He was great to work with, explained everything he was doing and as a bonus was able to help me “fix” my Trane Home app so both thermostats were available on the app. Very happy with Jake and McClintock and will continue to use them for all our HVAC needs.

Needed water heaters replaced, and they came out and gave a quick estimate which was competitive with other plumbing services.

Installation was quick, very professionally done, and I was given excellent instructions on how to care for the water heaters thereafter.

I would strongly recommend McClintock heating and air as well as their plumbing services.

We continue to have great service from McClintock. Mike came out today and was very thorough in his explanation of what he was doing and what we needed to have done to the units.

Recently pulled the trigger on a split system replacement with new furnace and new A/C. Both units were 20+ years old and working fine, but the cracked furnace heat exchanger found in the recent annual P/M prompted us to proceed with the project. The system design and proposal process was smooth and Sam did a good job explaining all the options. Chris and Kevin did a great job on the 2-day installation, and made certain that we weren't without heat on the first night. Still waiting on Mecklenburg County inspection, but I have no doubts that the professionalism of the crew will not pass muster. Great job by all!

Wonderful experience with Jesse H. from McClintock for HVAC maintenance service. He arrived on time , provided the upfront cost of the service plan and what was included. He was professional and very courteous, super thorough, great communication on our systems working condition and addressed some concerns we had from a different HVAC company. He went above and beyond to check all of the filters and the surrounding attic space. Left all areas clean and thermostats back to their original settings. We are so happy we changed over to McClintock.

Ashley the CSR who answered the phone and Jason our tech were fantastic to deal with! Both answered all my questions and Jason walked me through the do's and don't's of taking care of my HVAC system....I'm setting up a yearly maintenance with Jason..! Thank you so much for explaining everything I needed to know... I highly recommend this company!!!

McClintock always does a great job for a fair price. The people taking calls are always helpful and friendly and the scheduling is easy. Jake, completed maintenance and a repair to our units and kept me updated throughout the process. He was also very respectful of our home and took good care not to damage anything or leave a mess. Jake and McClintock are highly recommended for all your heating and cooling needs.

McClintock is a great company to work with. They surpassed my expectations. They replaced one of my systems and serviced my other system. They explained everything. I have worked with other companies in Charlotte and McClintock is by far the best!

We lost heating in our newly installed system late one evening, and Jason truly came to the rescue. He was on-call and didn’t hesitate to come out after 10 p.m. to make sure our home had heat again on a cold weekend night. What really stood out was his honesty and transparency — he patiently answered all our questions and helped ease our concerns about the new unit failing so soon. After fixing the issue, we even had a friendly chat that added a nice personal touch to the service.

Always professional, on time, and keeps you updated. I love how they text you a photo of your tech and give information about them. They keep you updated and let you know when they are on their way. Sophia was very nice, efficient, and did a great job. Would highly recommend McClintock.

JJ was the best!! He really listened to what was going on, observed, and then resolved our issues completely and easily! He was beyond capable, personable and thorough. I highly recommend McClintock for all HVAC needs. We recently had them install new units. They do our regular maintenance. And they are extremely responsive, always a pleasure to deal with, and they know their stuff! They have excellent staff and resources and still feel like a family business. And they are not always trying to sell you something. You need these guys!!

Mike H and the McClintock Team helped my mom with her HVAC concerns and check up. They were able to fit her in earlier than her original appointment time and answered all her questions. My husband and I also use McClintock and have for years. We have always received amazing service.

What a great experience. The technician (J.J.) was very polite and kind. He listened to the issue and was very thorough to be sure we had heat. We even had an issue outside of his scope of work and he was able to help us find someone to rectify that as well. Great customer service and very professional. Great job!

Love love McClintock! Girls on the phone are incredibly patient, happy and detail oriented. I switched to McCluntock specifically because of Matt Caylor. He is extremely experienced and communicates extremely well. He is incredibly honest and WILL NOT take advantage or overcharge which can happen with other people/companies. Highly highly recommend

I am very satisfied with the service over the past 2 years. Another company I used previously tried to sell me parts every visit. My HVAC technician "Baker" is excellent in maintaining & repairing my 12 year old Gaspack unit.

McClintock was recommended to me by a friend for the installation of a new HVAC system. I was very pleased with the process.

The unit was installed on a day while I was working from home. The technicians, Dalton & Brennen, were both very professional and respectful of my time, space, and home. They both took the time to explain things to me when I avaiable without disrupting my work schedule.

The project took 2 hours longer than expected because they needed to obtain a corrected part for installation, which I appreciated - a project of this magnitude needs to be done correctly rather than quickly. They also fixed some drainage piping for free, which was not part of the original contract.

Lastly, Mr. McClintock himself showed up to check in on the progress and schedule the inspection and 6 month service check-in. Very professional

I had an emergency situation today with my HVAC. (Manufacturer issue). I immediately reached out to McClintock and was greeted with professionalism and compassion. Sierra was great with me, as I was a bit flustered. She immediately got someone out to do a diagnostic. JJ arrived and was incredible! Very professional and clearly service oriented! My regular service technician was not available and I was a bit apprehensive but JJ immediately put me at ease. He located the issue and got the parts ordered right away. Extra bonus, by having our service contract with McClintock we received a discount. Very grateful for the level of service provided by McClintock! Thank you Sierra and JJ!!
