Tripp has been great to work with. We started off our project with lighting for our driveway and front of the house as it was dark and now has changed the look and feel in the front of the house. New Garden was having a lighting promotion and we started our project early to take advantage and save some money. Tripp made sure the installation was proper and we were very happy with the work. We look forward to starting the backyard landscape project in a few weeks and can't wait to see the final product of the design. Tripp has been responsive and helpful in coordinating the multiple projects going on. Highly recommend!

I had a very complex irrigation problem on an old system that LIS spent a lot of time diagnosing and repairing. It required a few visits by more than one crew member, and fortunately they were able to diagnose and fix the problem at a fair price. I highly recommend them for anybody's irrigation needs

Brett did an amazing job with my low voltage lighting system. He got my lights working that have been out for years. He was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what had to be done to get my system back up and working correctly. I will definitely use LIS in the future.

I had a number of wiring problems with my multi zone system caused by another irrigation company who had expanded my system. Despite a couple of repeat visits, this other group couldn't get the original zones working right.

I called Landscape Irrigation Systems (LIS) and they dispatched a tech who tested the sytem fully, identified the problems, re-wired the valves and had it working like new in just a few hours.

I should have called LIS originally and saved a lot of time and expense.

Ryan and his team did a great job getting my back up and running today. Called this morning around 9:30am and texted some pictures. They said they could have someone out today around 1:00-2:00 pm. He called and showed up around 2:00 and had me fixed by 3:30 pm. He cut out and installed a couple of valves. Then reinstalled the valve box backfilled all the dirt and laid the grass back where it was dug up. Thanks for the quick service and doing it right and clean.

I was concerned that my problem was not repairable. As soon as Brett heard from me there was power to the GFI(?) outlet he told me he could fix it. He also told me he had picked up the in-ground fixture. After he finished my original problem I asked if he would need a new workorder and come back to install the in-ground unit, he said he had already installed it. I'm a happy customer.

Very surprised to speak with the receptionist at this company today in regard to a service call. Our irrigation was installed a few years ago, and they no longer want to service their own irrigation system. I would not recommend. Very disappointed in their level of customer service.
