Very professional, honest, & overall nice people. Had a different HVAC company 💎 a few weeks prior check on issue I was having. Was told then everything checked out fine and just “wait for it to fail” to the tune of $200. Contacted AC Rescue after a neighbor friend recommended them. Austin came out and within ten minutes discovered a problem for under $100 (not the repair cost). Also gave me a lot of information about my system. Repair was done a week or so later and system is running and sounding smooth.

AC Rescue got our AC unit running great right away. We were without air conditioning for a couple days and they worked us in there schedule. The guys who worked on the unit were great and I would call them again 🙂.

Tracey Driver- A/C Rescue is the best. I called first thing in the morning and they had my unit fixed by 10. They didn’t try to talk me into anything and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend them and wil call on them again why I need a repair or a replacement.

Are you looking for a 5 Star a/c company? Well, look no further. These guys are absolutely awesome! My a/c unit decided to kick the bucket on a Friday tripping the circuit breaker. No problem, we just flipped the breaker and done. Well on Sunday it decided to say nope and threw a blue spark. That was a huge no no for us. So I’m looking for a 5 Star company on Google and Google recommended them. Patience, the wonderful sweet lady who responded and texted me, was able to get her tech out as soon as she could. On Monday Austin showed up and explained everything to my son. Austin was able to do the work and fix our a/c unit, which is now running fantastic. Austin was amazing. Because of how awesome they are they now have a happy permanent customer. Thank you so much.

We had A/C Rescue replace our HVAC system and they were EXCELLENT! Patrick and his crew came out on time and were extremely polite and very detailed about explaining their recommendation. They did a thorough diagnostic of our home and recommended us a system that was just the right fit for our needs; nothing more. They did not try to over sell us like the other 2 companies we had quotes from. Patrick educated us about the size and efficiency of our home's insulation and windows and made a recommendation based on that and beat the other guys' price by thousands. We called them back to do a check-up 18 months later and Austin, Patrick's son, was just as polite and considerate. The system was still running just like it should be and they changed our air filter in the crawl space for us. They quoted us on pricing ahead of time and there were no surprises for either instance of work. I highly, highly recommend this company and will continue to use their services if the need ever arises.

Called when my heat pump quit working. Came same day. Diagnosed The issue. Got the part was replaced the next day. Great service

This place is the best . We bought a house in Walkertown NC, and notice the ac had been vandalized and no longer wouldn’t work. As you can guess this would be very demoralizing. Well Phil and the guys at A/c rescue showed up same day to see the damage and get us a quote. Now that everything is done and the repairs made, which was asap seeing how it is summer with no AC is crazy. I would recommend this service to anyone the price it right and the service is top notch.

A/C Rescue came through for us in a big way. Our downstairs AC unit stopped working on a hot June day, and we called them based on a quick Google search. They were able to come out the same day, and even called to let us know they could arrive earlier. Awesome response.

When they got here, I met a two-person team who were kind, attentive, and professional from the start. I explained what I had tried and suspected, and they listened carefully. Once we turned the unit on, they got right to work and quickly confirmed the issue was a bad capacitor. They also checked for other possible problems but kept the communication clear and simple.

At every step, they gave me options and explained things in a way that made sense. There was no pressure, no upselling, and no sales tactics. Just honest, human service.

While they worked, we had a really genuine conversation about life and family. It didn’t feel like a transaction. It felt like neighbors helping neighbors. I can't express how much I appreciated their kindness, especially during a tough time for my family.

After being left hanging by three big companies, I called AC Rescue. The owner showed up in under an hour, fixed the problem even faster, and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg.
