Roberto came out on Christmas day because we were out of power due to a lose wire. He was a friendly guy and fixed the issue quickly!

Not best people

We had an 8-10am appt set up. They never showed up. Called them only to get the run a round. She said she’d call me back after speaking to tech. Never called back. I had to call them. Still no answers it’s now 3:46 pm. Would not do business with this company. Unreliable unresponsive- is this how you do business because it’s not how we conduct our business. An appt used to mean something but apparently not with this company. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

I had a very bad experience with Robert. I wouldn't recommend this company, Robert has a very bad attitude. They were also late to the set up appointment, and when he arrived, he was rude.
