I am a property manager and TRG services my community a lot for our HVAC needs. Joseph Herod aka Joe is my main point of contact and such a breeze to work with. Any time I reach out to him, I get an immediate response. His level of professionalism, timeliness, and communication is what makes our partnership seamless. I have been super happy with Triangle Repair Group. I received their information from a friend of mine, after I told him that my air conditioning wasn't cooling.

I requested an appointment through TRG's website. Alex called me promptly and scheduled a service tech to come out and take a look. The tech, Paul, quickly identified the issue (a leaking evap coil on my 2.5-ton Rheem package furnace A/C), showed me what it was, and asked if he could follow up that afternoon with a quote. Paul was terrific and explained things at an appropriate pace.

Alex followed up with a quote. Turns out the part was covered under warranty, so the cost was less than I thought it would be. I was due to be out of town, but since everything on this HVAC is outside the house, they were able to do the repair while I was gone.

Because I'm nosy, when I came back, I opened up our HVAC and checked out Paul's work. EXEMPLARY. I mean, also it was able to cool the house again, so that would be evidence enough for a normal person.

I was very pleased with TRG, Paul, and Alex, and I look forward to using them again when I need repairs or a new system... though, obviously, I hope I don't need either anytime soon.

Triangle Repair Group has stellar customer service. We have used them several times, they respond quickly and do an amazing job. I never plan to search for another HVAC company! It is refreshing to get such great customer care!

Brandon Stancil was wonderful to work with - we were experiencing no A/C during some of the hottest weeks of summer and he quickly came out and efficiently saw the problems. It’s an older unit. Scottie came to my home and presented two options for my 25-year-old HVAC systems, both of which were reasonable and accompanied by detailed, professional pros and cons. Antonio and Edgar then installed the HVAC systems based on our selection, at our convenient time. They were very honest, attentive, professional, and friendly throughout the process. They took care to protect all working areas, ensuring that all units, parts, drainage, supply, and returning pipes were installed and connected reliably. After completing the entire project, they cleaned up all debris. Overall, their service was wonderful, and we are highly satisfied with the results. Additionally, their charges were very reasonable.

Brandon S, my technician, was polite, friendly and got the job done quickly. It was fall maintenance on my heat pump and he gave me an A-Okay when he was finished. He also assisted me by replacing the air return filters inside the house. I appreciated his extra help. Thank you, Brandon.

What a great bunch of individuals! From Robert initially coming to the rescue in short notice and Brandon resolving another issue on outside of the unit, we are back up in running with the expertise and superior customer care! Got referred to TRG through a family friend after getting overpriced quotes from two other companies and wish I would have known about them sooner. I texted Brandon about my issue and he called me immediately to set up an appointment. He was very responsive and transparent about everything throughout the process. The service was great and my AC runs like new again thanks to TRG. I would recommend TRG for all your HVAC issues over the companies you see on tv!

After being without AC for nearly a month, my landlord, FINALLY hired Triangle Repair Group to fix our AC unit. We had to reschedule it at first due to the tropical storm. Triangle Repair Group was very understanding of our situation and how long we have already been waiting so they made sure to get us on the books ASAP. There was a hiccup in communication but it was quickly resolved. The technicians worked really hard at making sure they got our AC issues resolved that day. The owner came out as well just to make sure everything was in working order since we had gone so long without. Everyone was professional and friendly. 10/10 recommend

TRG has been a great company for all my HVAC needs. They stand by their work, and if there is an issue, they make sure it's done right. The technicians have all been very friendly and communicate clearly what may be the issue/resolution. Most recently, Morris came to my house to resolve a warranty issue and was an outstanding person to work with.

Originally another company said I needed both heat and air replaced so I called TRG for a 2nd opinion. I only needed air replaced so the cost was almost half the price. The crew came on time and were very nice to work with and respectful.

When I tell you this is the best HVAC company in Raleigh and surrounding areas, I'm telling you they are the BEST. I'm talking every area you can think of. They're excellent fast communicators, dependable, honest, fairly priced, pleasant, and most of all excellent at what they do. I had a rock hit my hvac system and damage a coil causing a leak. They came out quick in the evening, mapped out a plan and gave me my options. It was either attempt to repair it or completely replace it. I went with the repair option and Brandon S. gave it his full effort and it worked! Saved me a ton of money. Did I mention he came back and reinstalled the coil in the pouring rain? We won't even consider working with any other HVAC company from here on out. Thank you again TRG!!!

Lightning strike near my home disabled my units. Service technician Zach was very prompt. Explained everything what had happened. Came up with a solution and got my units back up and running. Thanks again if I could use 10 stars, I would.
