I don't use anyone else. They are always on time and doesn't over charge. Never had problem with them. I have been using them for over 5 to 10 years when I need them.

Jeff fixed my heating in a fast manor last minute on a Friday! I appreciate him so much! He will now be my go to heating and air guy.

From installation of new units to very quick and fair priced service calls no one is better. All my family have used them for years and wouldn't call anyone else.

I noticed the main floor unit of our home seemed not to be cooling properly, morning of day 2 around 11am I called & Noah arrived just before 1:30pm same day. Replaced a faulty capacitor & checked everything. The main floor is cooling properly again. Extremely friendly & fast service. I love finding truly good customer service these days.

Out of 6 companies I called Noah with Dillard Heating and Air called me with in 10 min of calling them, was at our house in 10 min, had our furnace fixed and left in an hour and was more than reasonable with pricing so much so we ask for a quote to replace our old furnace and will 100% be calling Noah with Dillard Heating and Air to schedule the replacement! Dillard quoted us a new system 5% and some cases even 10% less than other companies who provided a quote. Awesome local company to work with!

Spoke to the owner about a problem that happened after a service (no fault of theirs), and they took care of it promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this company for any hvac services, and I am looking forward to using them in the near future.

Dillard put a heat pump in my home appx 6 mo ago. It is doing a super job it has REDUCED my electric bill close to $50 a month . You also have a great installation crew . Great job really appreciate it.In this day and time you are lucky to get what you pay for so when you get more than expected it’s a pleasure doing business with you I can see why you have been in business for years

I am completely pleased with this company, so far. I say “so far” because Dillard is the only company of 8 I called to help me with an insurance issue. As a result, when the check comes to do the work, guess who gets my business….DILLARD. The Technician who checked the unit was knowledgeable, the process was easier than I expected, and my children won’t have to suffer upstairs any more.

I’m convinced, if you need work done, make sure you call the one! DILLARD (that sounds like a commercial hook)🤣
