We are absolutely delighted with our new hardscape patio! Integrity Landscapes (formerly Integrity) was professional, efficient, and meticulous from start to finish. They turned our vision into reality, and we’ve already received so many compliments from neighbors. Sawyer offered valuable suggestions we hadn't considered, such as plant selection and drainage solutions.
Sawyer listened to our ideas and designed a couple of plans with a budget for each plan. He listened to our ideas and expanded on them. He took the time to truly listen to what we wanted. He designed and built a custom paver patio for us in the Greensboro area, incorporating inset boulders, careful curves and a specialty selected Japanese maple as a focal point. He also added dear resistant, perennial plantings for the surrounding area that will provide three season flowers and minimal maintenance.
The cohesive plan balanced beauty with functionality. The execution was flawless, and the results exceeded our expectations. The project started and ended on the promised dates. Sawyer and crew were courteous, on time, and kept us updated on the project's progress. They were respectful of our existing property, worked incredibly hard, and the attention to detail was second to none. They left the workspace tidy each day.
In short, our ordinary and neglected flower garden space was transformed into a park-like oasis that exceeded our expectations in both aesthetics and sustainability. Pictures do not do it justice. Sawyer is a skilled craftsman who pays incredible attention to detail. His professionalism ensures transparent, fair pricing and excellent value. We highly recommend Sawyer and Integrity Landscapes!

Integrity Landscapes did a landscaping design and overhaul for us. One thing I really appreciated was that they sent over a landscaping concept before any planting began, so we had a clear idea of what we were going to get. It made the whole process feel organized and professional. They also had all the right equipment to perform the job efficiently. Would recommend for anyone looking for landscape design and build services.

Integrity Landscapes designed and constructed a beautiful paver patio with a lovely winding paver walkway for my backyard landscaping. Six or so years ago they also hardscaped the front yard slope with attractive and hearty plants, with thought given to plant type and spacing.. With care and watering as needed. It has weathered the test of time, They truly did a great job. Great attention to detail and follow up. Great insight and suggestions. I would recommend them for backyard design and hardscaping services

I have used Integrity Yard Care for 5 years. In addition to regular mowing and hedge trimming, they have cleared aged equipment, brush and even redid my driveway. Sawyer and team's work is impeccable and prices are very reasonable. I wish all service providers I work with were as conscientious and had as much Integrity!

Integrity did a good job land leveling and crating a pad for my above ground pool. It is my understanding they typically don’t do. They used the same methods for patios and retaining walls to build it.

Sawyer and his crew did a good job brush clearing and stump grinding while also knocking out a paver pathway for my front door

Sawyer is very dependable always showing up and doing a great job! He pruned our large (and difficult) driveway hedge. He also removed some overgrown hollies and hauled everything away.

Sawyer Deltano does a though job. The company name Integrity says it all. You won't be disappointed. He takes pride in his work and does a quality job at a fair price. He came highly recommended and I know why. Be prepared, people will ask who did that work in your yard.

I had this company out to plant a few large shrubs, and they did a great job- everything was placed perfectly and looks great. I also learned they do grading and hardscaping work too, so I’ll definitely be keeping them in mind for future projects

Sawyer and his team did a great job removing a large brush pile and killing large amounts of poison ivy in my back yard. This will now be turned into a playground area for my daughter. Glad to be able to utilize the space now.

I’ve had a great experience working with this landscape company. Not only do they create well thought out outdoor spaces that I’ve seen, but they also handle the heavy stuff like grading and land leveling. Which was a huge help on my project. You can tell they take pride in doing things right whether it’s fine landscaping details or large scale prep work. I recommend them to anyone in the Greensboro or Burlington areas.

Sawyer was the best choice among numerous landscapers I contacted. From the start, everything went smoothly. He was prompt coming out to my location and determining a quote on refurbishing my front foundation bed. The quote was very reasonable. My foundation faces north, yet receives indirect sunlight. Sawyer's plant choices were sound based on light, height and width(very important to keep relatively short and narrow) and design. I told Sawyer that I decided to do the work myself, yet kept with the plants and design.

I highly recommend Integrity Yard Care. I has a listing needed some curve appeal! They did a wonderful job! I will definitely be using them in the future!
