I had a leak in my water box out at the street level. Jonathan and Malachi called and said they were coming by and they arrived quickly just started working. I wasn't even sure if they would call me back as many do not. They understood my issue and got to work immediately. Never charged me to come out either. They diagnosed the issue and came back a few days later and found that my water issue is on the side of the County even though we were consuming the water. Jonathan called Stanly Cty water who then came out and fixed the leak. All I owe to Flow is their labor to diagnose the issue. Nothing extra and no games or BS. Flow Co is quick, professional and work very hard and want to do right by the customer. I am glad they came and I would call them again in a heartbeat for anything plumbing related. I strongly recommend these guys. They know what they are doing.

Jonathan is a highly competent and very knowledgeable plumber. I used his services after getting completely fed up waiting for service from 2-10 Warranty. He was able to diagnose and repair my problem within minutes and was always concerned about saving me money. From here on out; I would not use anyone else for my plumbing needs.

Jonathan, the owner of Flow Co Plumbing and Drain Services, came highly recommended by my sister, from the work he had completed for her! I had a major drain problem that required a knowledgeable plumber! Jonathan and his assistant Malachi showed up right on time! Jonathan explained everything he needed to do to reroute my kitchen drain system. He completed everything in a timely and meticulous manner! The drain system was placed in a way that was much better than the original set-up! They kept things cleaned up and even took their shoes off when coming in the house. He made the entire drain system and my water lines under my kitchen sink look great! Jonathan made sure all the drains and water lines worked properly and had no leaks before he left!
