EXCELLENT
The Byrum technician was very polite and cordial. He checked the A/C Heat unit and gave a concise explanation of what I needed to do (replace vents). He answered any questions I had. I was very satisfied with the appointment.

The Byrum staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They recommended a diagnostic be done on my system following another company telling me it needed to be replaced. I appreciated the integrity and honesty in their staff in taking the time to educate me to ensure I could make a decision given facts and not being pressured to replace or overpay for parts I did not need. It’s refreshing not to feel taken advantage of. They have earned a new loyal customer for certain.

1st time using this business. I received timely updates when my tech was on his way. He did an amazing job. Thorough with his work, and I like how they sent me a picture of who was coming to do the job. It was a great security measure.

My A/C quit working. I called them about 2pm. They gave me a service window of 5-9 but they were here about 3:30. The technician was able to fix the issue and get my unit working again.

Mauricio was amazing. We lost AC at 3am, called at 8am, and he had a new capacitor in by 1pm! I have purchased a Trane HVAC and furnace from them at a previous residence, but always use them to service my units twice a year. Do yourself a favor and use them! They are amazing.

My experience with Byrum has been exceptional. They are friendly and concerned on the phone, communication was excellent and their response was prompt. Their technicians are the best - knowledgeable, respectful and they patiently answered all my questions. Great company to deal with, I highly recommend!

Byrum Heating and A/C was a great choice for us. Our salesman Justin was very informative and patient, and being this was the first time I've had an HVAC unit replaced, I had plenty of questions. The guys that came out to install it were awesome too. They clearly knew what they were doing. It's 97 degrees today and my house it at 74 degrees which is what I have it set to. The old unit couldn't do that even years ago. It would never cool lower than 10-15 degrees below outside temps. Byrum is now my go-to, and I'll recommend them to anyone interested.

Wally was very informative and professional during his time at our home Byrums has also had superior service and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great people and honest service.

Byrum came out when our AC unit Stopped working on the hottest day of the year (Of course lol). Dillon Notified me when he was on the way, when he arrived he was pleasant and professional. He didn't even mind that I stood nearby and asked a million questions while he did the job. He showed me pictures of the problems with the unit and the repair when it was completed. The repair was Fairly priced, and I will always call Byrum first!

Dillon is one of the best and knowledgeable techs they have . He’s worked on my AC a couple times and has brought it back to life. I highly recommend this company. Everyone is kind and eager to help fix whatever problems or issues youre having with uour AC or heating . Thank you !!

First and foremost Weston Carpenter in my opinion is the Poster for Byrum Heating and A/C. Reason saying when making a purchase like this for your home is stressful. He made me feel comfortable, relaxed and really care about his profession and the company. Very well trained. John Putnam and his staff are rated at 1-10 a 10. The only way you know they been at your home is the comfort they leave you with and the area they work in beautified.
