I had an excellent experience with Erbe Air. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and clean-cut—someone I felt completely comfortable having in my home, even when only my wife and daughter were there. I normally prefer to be home for service visits, but I felt confident we were in good hands.

He performed a thorough maintenance check, replaced our filters, and even fixed an issue I wasn’t aware of—all done quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable price. He also provided clear documentation and photos explaining what was done and why.

I had multiple contractors tell me I needed to replace the entire system due to a suspected evaporator coil leak. They were essentially guessing and would only test it if I paid extra. Caleb took a different approach. He thoroughly inspected everything, performed a refrigerant sniff test on the coil, and ultimately discovered the leaks were actually in the line set and the service ports on the outdoor unit. Both issues were caused by the original installation. Six months later, the system is still running great and holding pressure, saving me thousands of dollars I almost wasted on a full replacement.

What stood out even more was Caleb’s integrity. He takes full responsibility for the work he does and stands by it with real accountability and care. That kind of follow through is incredibly rare. His pricing is very fair, especially considering the time, thoughtfulness, and depth of knowledge he brings to every job.

They were quick to arrive and figured out what was wrong pretty quickly. Replaced a capacitor and determined I had a leak. Expensive options to repair but that would be the same with anyone. Very knowledgeable and outgoing. Will use them again.

I'm so glad I found Erbe air! Caleb was patient, and mindful of my situation and my budget. I'm a researcher, so when it comes to big ticket items, I do a deep dive into learning about it so I can make an informed decision. I had 5 companies provide estimates to replace my hvac system and Caleb provided the best one... with similar warranties and specs as other estimates that were more expensive by thousands of dollars. This is a no brainer! I highly recommend them.

Erbe Air gave ma a fair quote and service was good although I was not told that there would be a surchage for returning the parts that won't be used. Nonetheless, I am happy with the service and will use Erbe Air for future service.

We recently had our old hvac system completely replaced by Erbe Air. Caleb, Ben and Logan did an amazing job. They replaced our 23 year old Lennox with a new Bosch unit and set up zones inside the house for upstairs and downstairs cooling separately! Now our phones are set up to control the two thermostats and the system keeps it very cool with minimal effort. It’s also sooo quiet! Love our new system and Erbe Air! They are the best! They are reliable, professional and very reasonable compared to everyone else!

Erbe Air was recommended to me when my AC went out. I got a quote from 3 total companies. First of all, the price was super competitive. While Erbe is probably a smaller company than the other 2 quotes I got, I ultimately chose to go with them because during the estimate i felt they were very transparent. I also love that they did not pressure me to buy a new system and gave me several options. The other two quotes I got were honestly much higher and they were recommending I replace my system but couldn’t give me a quote on those.

As a bonus, the work was completed much faster than I expected and the guys who did the work were so polite and professional. Definitely had a good experience with this company and will use them again and will recommend them.

Our AC suddenly stopped working and Caleb came out right away, even on short notice. He quickly figured out the issue, drove to get the part we needed, and had everything up and running again the same morning. He’s kind, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced! We’re so thankful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service!

Caleb did a great job! He showed up on time, listened to the me about the issue I'd been having with my HVAC. Luckily he had the part needed and 20 minutes later he was done. Our HVAC system was always quite nosey. We would have to sleep with our bedroom door closed. Calab diagnosed the problem and gave us some options to solve the problem. He installed a second air intake register. All quiet now ! Would highly recommend.
