We had an issue with our garbage disposal and made the entire kitchen sink unusable. When I reached out to Redfin plumbing, though their day was completely booked, they were able to squeeze our appointment and fix our issue on a Friday evening. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended them.

Called to have someone look, and possibly replace the valves under the kitchen sink. Very prompt in response and came out very quickly to address the concern. Explained what was needed and the price for the work. Turned off the water and got to work. It took about 20 minutes to complete. Turned water back on, no drips and finished up quickly. No mess, no fuss. Very pleasant and friendly. Would highly recommend them and will keep them on speed dial!

Called on a Monday morning for a non-emergency. Shane and Max were at the house by lunch (!) and had the problem resolved within the hour. Great communication, quick response time, and honest feedback as to a longer-term fix that we probably need at some point - but no upselling or fear tactics or pressure to replace all our pipes today. Today, I had the privilege of having another incredible experience with Red Fox. I called them this morning because there was a leak through my downstairs bulb light, and I was concerned that it would do extensive damage if not handled right away.Shane and his son Max arrived in a few hours , to check in and see what was going on. They quickly identified the cause of the leak, repaired it, and even gave me a discount by not charging for the trip because they were already there!

Shane and his crew did excellent work installing two new toilets in a full bathroom and a half-bath. The work was done quickly and well and all necessary repairs were explained thoroughly. If I need plumbing repairs in the future, Red Fox will be my first call.

The men showed up promptly and went right to work. They installed a new (and desperately needed!!) hose outlet close to my collection of potted plants. No more dragging two lengths of hose halfway around the yard for necessary watering. I couldn’t be happier with the result.
