We’re very satisfied with Poseidon’s quick response time and great service. We called with two different issues and they offered to send someone out the same day. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable. He addressed both issues and highlighted other things to be on the lookout for. We will definitely use Poseidon again for any future plumbing needs!

Brad was totally awesome! He came out to check on our water heater that was not working … talked us through the problem and next steps for replacing. Throughout the process, he was extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. We are looking forward to his return and future assistance with plumbing concerns.

Follow up: Brad installed our new tankless water heater today. He walked us through how to use it and made sure we had hot water throughout our home. His work area (our storage room) was cleaned up and organized before he left. We were extremely pleased with the courteousness and level of service we received from Brad @ Poseidon Plumbing.

Luke was great, the process was easy, he called ahead to check on the timing and gave great explanations for all the work that needed to be done. There was some additional work that needed to be done that was going to be a little costly and they were very kind, no pressure, explained the costs, and gave us time to decide what route to take. I also really appreciate their streamlined payment system and getting estimates right away by text or email, it's all run very professionally. Highly recommend!

I thought Brad Moore was very professional. Very courteous answered. All questions gave me three quotes as to what the price was going to be and his partner Chris very professional very courteous couldn’t have asked for any better thank you Marti Williams.

Overall very good experience with the company when they replaced our water heater. Not exactly the Christmas present you want, but if you need one replaced this company is great.

I would like to say that Mark was fantastic he was very professional and stayed on task and some tasks were a little bit harder than others because of course with this house my dishwasher didn't want to fit right but he got it in there and he fixed it and that's the main thing cuz I really do not want to wash wash dishes so I appreciate your business you same day service I can't I can't hardly imagine that so in the future if I need a plumber y'all will be the one that I call and preferably mark thank you so much

We were looking for service on gas log fireplace, while Poseidon couldn't do what we needed, Luke helped us out by providing us with a contact that get the part/service we needed. We appreciated the reference.

Great service from initial phone call through project completion. Rodney Edwards was professional, friendly, and thorough, not only quickly inspecting the issues and plan, and providing a quick written estimate, but informed us every step of the way on what he was doing, making sure to limit the time our water was off during the install and cleaning up along the way. New spigot installed on our exterior in no time, and email with pictures, details, and warranty sent after completion. I also appreciate the initial text from Poseidon that told us who would be coming to the house, what time to expect them, and a tracker to know how far out they were. They really set the bar high for other professionals and we will absolutely use them for all future plumbing jobs!
