We had a great experience with 5 County. They were responsive, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we understood what was going on with our system. The technician arrived on time, was respectful of our home, and provided honest recommendations without pressure. It’s hard to find companies that feel both knowledgeable and trustworthy, and this team definitely did. We appreciate the service and would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC help.

This group of men represented the company well. They were on time and got the job done. When they were finished heating and air issues were resolved and they answered any questions that were had.

Chris and his team were very attentive, came out the next day and after some issues with our furnace, fixed the problem. They stayed in contact with us the whole time making sure the system was working properly. Would highly recommend and I’ll use them for sure the next time we have an issue. Thanks guys.

Chris and his team are awesome! I have used them on many occasions for my personal residence and for some of my rental properties. They always come out quickly when I call them and do a great job. They are honest and will get your AC & Heat back up and running in no time!

Great experience! Called in around 11:30 on a Saturday with no cold AC, office staff had the owner, Chris call me within a few minutes of me calling them and let me know technician Shawn would be out between 12:30-1:30. He arrived right at 12:30 and had us up and running in no time!! 😎 Was super impressed that we were able to get service quickly and everyone was friendly and helpful!! Definitely recommend!!

I called them at 7am. They were there the same day by 10:30. They fixed my AC the same day with reasonable prices. We will use them again. Thanks guys.

Hands down the best experience! The service manager, Chris, knew exactly what was wrong with my HVAC unit just by my description over the phone. The tech who came out to fix it, Sean, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They even got the part and had my unit back up and running same day! It is clear that everyone there really cares about their customers. I could not recommend a better company!

Had a great experience with them. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I had called on a Friday, when it was almost 99 degrees. They told me that they didn't have anything open until Monday but would try to work me in. Called back 30 minutes later to say they were on the way. Came out and diagnosed the issue quickly. I needed a recharge. They recharged my unit and got it running again. Price was much better than any other quote I got. They even gave me a rough quote on replacing the 20 yr old unit and that was much better than other places as well. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Update: I've used them multiple times now for summer and winter maintenance. Always quick, great service and great prices. The service tech has walked me through each step every time.

The service team was exceptional! The guys were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Shawn took extra time explaining things to me on the inside of our home, and made sure I had all my questions answered. Chris ensured my outdoor unit was clean and in top-running condition. The communication even when making the appointment for service was excellent, too. I will use 5 County for all of my HVAC needs.
