Quick response and excellent service!

He was really nice and was able to fit me in quickly

Awesome service, friendly detailed people, very personable and professional!! Price was just right!! Highly recommend!!!!

We scheduled the appointment and they showed up on time. Our ac was fixed quickly. This company is very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend.

I contacted this gentleman needing ac replacement after being told it would be 7-12 k. And no window in sight. Needless to say this is for my 80 year old mom. This guy Cliff had a brandnew system installed the next day and went above and beyond. My Mom is happy and so am I. And less the 7k also!!

Always my go to for services on HVAC systems. Fair and honest with reasonable prices.

I cannot say enough good things about Cliff and his team. They were honest, caring and affordable when my unit quit in the heat of summer. I’ve had other quotes and other companies do my work, and they charged me more and performed less quality of work. For all my future HVAC needs I will only use Cliff’s team! Thank you again for cooling us down! 😊

My heat went out, I have my 83 year old mother living with me. I got a recommendation from a neighbor. Best people ever. They showed up first thing Monday morning. The young men were extremely professional, knew what they were doing and had it fixed quickly and thank goodness it wasn't expensive. I was so relieved. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

I can't say enough about how much I appreciate these guys! They are great to work with. It can be intimidating reaching out and not knowing anything about what you need done, but they make you feel comfortable & are happy to answer any questions. They provide fast and honest service & I can't recommend them enough!

Cliff and his guys are absolutely amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Fair pricing and quick response times. Couldn't recommend them more.

Cliff Parrish, Mike and team is a God send. Back in December 2022, Cliff(the owner) sent Mike out to diagnose my a/c unit that would thump thump thump every single time the heat cut off. This has been happening since we bought the house in September 2020 (new homeowners) and it finally came to the point where it was aggravating. Mike did some research and come to find out a valve in the unit under the house needed rotated. Who knew, how simple but he took the time out to make sure. Truly blessed to have them in my life for future a/c needs. Fast forward, 5/6/2024 they came out to do my annual a/c maintenance. While doing the maintenance they noticed a leak under the house that was possibly coming from my shower area. They recommended a plumber thanks to Cliff, once again he saves the day. I am forever grateful and thankful. We need more people like him in this world along with the plumber he suggested which i called and had the work completed. This guy right here is honest, caring, trustworthy, knowledgeable with reasonable prices. Most of his reviews are on his Facebook page by the way but it’s most definitely word of mouth.

We had a problem with our heat and they were out here in an hour to fix it! Great customer service and fixed the problem fast! Couldn’t reccomend them enough!

Great service, he came out the same day . He was friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Glad to have found this company! We will definitely use him again if we have any other issues.

These Guys are probably the most Honest in the business. I have my Father to thank for Sending me To Cliff and Co., and I really appreciate what they did, especially since I'm young and new to Being an adult. These guys didn't screw us like most of the companies we were talking to, Such as Rescue Rooter. Thank you for Everything! Thank you for Saving My Bank Account! My Dog Thanks you Too.

Google doesn’t have enough room or time for my glowing review so here is the most condensed version I can give. Cliff and his crew are on another level. They replaced an entire HVAC system for me…as a result of months long issues with other companies, the original install and on and on. His team was beyond professional and knowledgeable. Everything about the job from initial consultation to continued communication to the final result was of the highest caliber. Cliff Parrish and his team get my highest praise and recommendation.

Cliff and his team are awesome. They do emergency service calls, new installs, and service agreements. They always work with you and provide the correct solution at a fair price. A local hvac company in Johnston County that has been around for years. We appreciate everything Cliff has done for us. Recommended, Trustworthy, and always on time! A+++

Cliff and his Technicians are the very best. They always show up on time and contact you if for any reason they are going to be late (very rare). They explain exactly what they will be doing on your system and do the work in a timely manor. Cliff is always available for a quick call or for an emergence service call. They are truly a top notch outfit. So lucky to have them as my HVAC Service provider!!

Cliff and the Technicians are top notch! I’m a licensed home inspector and work alongside various types of contractors on a regular basis. Cliff and crew are very honest, knowledgeable and happy to educate customers. They responded to my Sunday afternoon call within minutes and took care of the non-emergency job first thing the next morning. I look forward to a long relationship with this HVAC company and will happily refer those in need to them. Thanks Cliff (and Ronnie)!
