We have a very old unit that Charlotte Heating & Air keeps us running.

Called again in a HOT 100 degree Tuesday evening and was received by a real technician and we were on the schedule for 8am in Wednesday morning.

Our technician was so nice and knowledgeable. He had us up and cooling within 45 minutes.

Both of our technicians were very kind to our dogs.

Just a huge fan of this company..so nice, professional and timely in 30 degree weather or 100 degree weather.

Fabulous..service..called yesterday came spot on time..really knowledgeable fast sweet technician..used his booties ever trip in and out.. identified the problem and fixed it..thank you so much..was recommended by Morton..I highly recommend too

I can’t say enough about this company. The Tech Brian B was fantastic.
Very personable and knowledgeable.

Service technician went right to work checking the system taking care to cover his shoes when he came in the house. He diagnosed the issued and reported right back to us. We were very pleased with the service.

Very prompt call back. Ben came the next morning, assessed the situation and came back a few hours later with what he needed to complete the work. Efficient, knowledgeable, knew exactly what was needed and my AC is running beautifully. I highly recommend them- reliable, caring, knowledgeable.

Randy was excellent! He was very thorough and did a great job explaining everything and guiding us to a decision. He was great with my kids too and even replaced my filters while checking them all out for me! Looking forward to working with them more in the future for both our residential and business properties!

Update after HVAC installed: The team of Corey and Braedon were excellent! They were efficient, kind, thorough, and worked diligently even with the pouring rain messing everything up. They were so respectful and sweet with my littles wanting to see and talk with them as well. I’m so thankful they were my installation team and highly recommend this company!

Randy was very polite, knowledgeable, and explained the repair and how I could prevent the blockage in the future. He arrived on time and left everything in perfect condition. It was also a plus to be able to view and pay the charges on line.

Ben responded to our service request on our system and was outstanding, he was very professional and clearly knowledgeable and the service quality superior. His assessment and clarity in explaining steps taken in the evaluation and course of action to address our system issues was exceptional and very much appreciated.

Can’t believe how quickly they came out and repaired our AC unit. Called at 5:05 pm on a Friday and they were here by 5:45 and fixed it quickly! Wonderful service and technician. Highly recommend!

I have loved working with this company! I’ve worked with them for a few years. I have price shopped them against others and feel like they are fair. They recently saved me $900 On a replacement part that I ended up, not needing that I would’ve not even known about.

Everything about my experience with Charlotte Heating and Air has been excellent. Brian came out the day I called when my 23 year old hvac went out. He spent a lot of time discussing replacement options with me as well as cost and financing. He was so down to earth and trustworthy! The crew that replaced my old unit was also amazing! They were friendly, professional and got my unit replaced in one day while I was at work. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Thet were quick to arrive, quick to asses the issue and quick to fix it. They charged very competitive prices and the technician, Drew, not only explain the issue, but was quite personable too. Five stars for a great job!

We had CH&A replace the AC systems in our home about 7 months ago. They called for the regular service and sent Randy out. They communicated the appointment and sent me a good reminder. Randy was prompt and professional and completed the service. Whenever we have called / emailed in to the office, they have been professional and replied quickly.

Nobody lines having to deal with AC/Heat replacement or service, but they make the process as painless as is possible and I appreciate a business who does their job with care.

Big shout out to Zo for doing a great job helping my Daughter with her Ac! Zo detailed the crap out of my daughter’s Ac unit!

Though it took longer to get an alternate heating unit for our Coleman HVAC system, a compatible right heating kit was ordered and was installed in a timely manner. This saved us from replacing the entire HVAC system.
