These guys are AWESOME!! They were at my house within a few minutes each time I called, we had originally planned to install my new AC/HEATING Unit yesterday but when they came to my house last Thursday, seeing and feeling that it was a Miserable Hot 96 degrees inside, each one of the guys moved things around (schedule wise) and put my new unit in the very next day!!!

Can't say enough about how awesome Coles is to work with. Bought our 20 year old home 3 years ago and immediately we needed an entire new system. Wayne Cole makes you feel as if you are his most special customer ever. Then last month the 20+ year old system that heated and cooled the upstairs went out.
As we train service dogs, we often have veterans from across the country staying with us for as much as 2 weeks. We certainly want them to be comfortable. As soon as Wayne learned we had a veteran arriving he stopped everything to get our upstairs up and running. I just can't say enough about the personal attention and professional folks at Coles.
