Robert was the electrician that was dispatched to my home. He was not only on time, professional, and courteous, but knowledgeable to the point that he could explain in detail the do's and don'ts of how we use our electrical outlets for things that draw a lot of power (like electric space heaters).

I had several wiring issues in my home that needed fixing. I called up Jim West Electric because they had the best reviews on Google and they were close by. Roger said he could come by on his way to his next job and knocked out everything in about an hr!! He was amazing. I will recommend him to all my clients and friends.

Roger and his assistant were amazing. I needed immediate attention to an electrical problem outside at my meter socket box. They came right out the same day and explained how they were going to address the issue. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and so fair with their pricing. I recommend them to anyone. I called and left a message several times today and no response back. I have to have power cause my grandmother is on oxygen and my sister has asthma. They should put it on the website or voicemail if they wasn’t going to be open.

Update. Finally called me back saying he was in bed with the flu and was extremely rude and demanding me to remove this review. I always believe in supporting local businesses but I strongly suggest not this one since the dad retired. I take my business elsewhere.
