Bobby is honest and takes time to explain everything. He always comes out as soon as possible and will do whatever he can to get your unit back up and running. Not only are his prices the lowest I've found, he will work with you to try and find a "fix" you can afford (no up-selling/no pressure). Highly recommend!

I must have got him on a bad day. To replace a flame sensor which involves taking out one screw cost me $400. The sensor I buy for less than $20 they charged me over $120. The labor charge for removing and replacing the screw was $100 with $120 for service (maybe they cleaned the screw). When I ask for a call to find out why the part and taking out one 1/4 inch screw cost me $400 they said Bobby would call me. Didn’t get that call.
