We have used Elite Mechanical for about 2 years. Chris, owner and operator is honest, professional and knowledgeable. Kayla the office manager is also very responsive and respectful. I highly recommend Elite Mechanical HVAC and Chris and his team.

Our AC went out yesterday and they showed up this morning to fix it. I love how quick their response time is. We have used this company in the past (for both heating and air) and they're super friendly, professional, prompt, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Honestly would not bother to use another company, all of your HVAC needs will be thoroughly met with Elite Mechanical.

Thank you guys for always being there for us, especially since we have small children in the home. Craig, you're a stand-up guy, you never get irritated about having to hop over our baby gates and you're always super explanatory about what's going on and my husband loves that. Thank you so much again. 10/10 highly recommend.

My 20 yr old HVAC unit died suddenly so I called a few places. Most of the highly recognizable/highly advertised companies had answering centers reading scripts telling me they would call me back once a technician was available. I was told by a friend to call Elite because the owner, Chris, was great and fairly priced. I called and Chris answered the phone. He was over in 20 minutes and diagnosed the problem after looking over everything carefully. I was given options for repair and for replacement since the unit was 20 yrs old. In just a few days the unit was replaced and working beautifully at a fair price. Chris and his crew were on time, professional, quiet, respectful, and did a fantastic job!!!! There are so many choices out there for HVAC service but you can trust Elite to do you right. Chris, I learned, grew up in the area and is dedicated to providing excellent service to his neighbors. He's not out to sell you what you don't really need like the big name HVAC companies with their annoying commercials. Going with Elite saved me 2k and I have peace of mine of a job done right!

We recently moved to Denver North Carolina and our air conditioner was working. I did not know who to call and a friend recommended Elite Mechanical HVAC. I reached out to them and the phone was answered by a real-life person. When I explained the situation they said that was way outside of their normal service area but they would come help but it may be the next they are even the following day before they could get someone out that far. They put me on their schedule but recommended I try to find someone closer.

I called numerous HVAC companies up in the Denver area and got nothing but recordings. Left messages begging for help and only received one call back several days later, I finally did find someone in the Denver area that answered the phone and fixed the problem.

I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism of this company. Even though we were well outside of their service area they were going to help and Kayla, the office manager followed up repeatedly to make sure we were taken care of and even recommended some other companies that she thought might be able to help.

I congratulate you on being able to find an employee like Kayla and I will certainly recommend your company to anybody in the Charlotte/Monroe area

Zeke did an amazing job! He was on time, inspected our HVAC unit and explained clearly what was going on and what was needed to repair it. He was very polite and professional, cleaned up the area around the unit and answered all of our questions. Cregg, the owner, was very responsive when we called and texted even on the weekend. We’ve decided to go with their maintenance plan and always use them for any HVAC needs.

Real happy with the service I from Cregg over there. Got the repair done right, without the upsell pressure like the big guys.
Would definitely use them again.

I had used another air conditioning company which I reviewed but their service and quality of workmen deteriorated. My daughter referred me to Elite Mechanical. They were efficient, timely and very reasonable. I will be having them back for the winter tuneup. Thank you

We had a home warranty at my old house so we always went through them, so this is my first time going with my own choice... I read the reviews and decided to give them a try, and the reviews are spot on... My heat went out and Jamie was at my house within 2 hours even though he could've waited till morning since it was time to go home... Too many people only want to give reviews when they have a bad experience, so here's my review of my great experience and I hope it helps others in choosing a heat and A/C company... I will have these guys back out when it's time to service my A/C right before spring

I’ve tried the big guys before and was never satisfied. I’ve worked with the guys from Elite Mechanical over the past couple of years and they are always on time and very reasonable. Everybody needs to know a trustworthy HVAC guy - this is the one you need to know.

Elite lives up to its name, from the owner to customer care/receptionist, and technicians, all so professional and kind. They replaced two AC units in record time from my first phone call(5 days). I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs. No one could beat them in price, and they have a great maintenance plan.

I can’t recommend these guys enough. When I called they listened to my issue and said they would call back in which they did. Then they sent somebody out as soon as they could. The tech came out and explained what happened and how it happened and how to prevent it in the future. I really appreciate the personal service they provide.
