I called Tyson's when our home warranty couldn't find a company to come out in a rural area. Megan got right on it with getting someone out to give us a diagnostic. Megan immediately sent everything to our home warranty company they needed. It took 5 weeks for the warranty company to get everything approved and ordered but Megan got the ETA and had it installed the very next day.

Our AC went out in the middle of the hottest part of summer. Tyson Air, especially Mandy, went above and beyond in helping us communicate and coordinate with our home warranty. Their dedication to customer service and to getting the job done correctly and quickly is refreshing and much appreciated. I would 100% recommend this company, and we will remain loyal to them for all of our needs in this area in the future.

I can’t say enough positive things about this company. I had a true emergency/safety issue with my unit and they had a technician out to my home within an hour. Not only did Mandy do an outstanding job communicating with me but she made me feel comfortable through the process. I was ensured they were going to address the issue, they were transparent about pricing and provided me tremendous peace of mind during a stressful time. If you are looking for a trustworthy HVAC company, Tyson is the one.

Highly recommend Tyson Services. Our thermostat showed error in the middle of the night and A/C was shut. Searched in google and first thing we found was Tyson services. Megan was very prompt, responsive and she caught hold of one of the technicians (Chuck) and got everything resolved before noon the next day. What an incredible service!!! Looks like in the blink of an eye all got reset :)

Great to work with. Meghan in the office is wonderful. She was very helpful and went well above her position to help us. The installers Charles (Chuck) and Nick were very proficient and professional. They did a great job! I would highly recommend Tyson Services should you need to have service or replacement of your HVAC system.

Tyson saved me $12k.
I called for a second opinion after a company told me I should replace my entire HVAC system. Their tech arrived right on time. He even waited for me to come home. Their tech triple checked everything and took the time to give me insight and knowledge about my system. The tech assured me that my HVAC system was completely fine and did not need to be replaced. The office staff followed up with me and told me that my system is still under manufacture warranty. And followed up again a week or two later to make sure that everything is working fine.I can't say enough kind things about the office staff, the techs and the overall attitude and integrity of these people. They have gained a customer for life, and anyone reading this should do the same.

I’ve had a few HVAC companies out in the last 3 years to look at and service my unit, but Tyson Services is by far the BEST! Megan was very professional and a pleasure to talk to. Our AC broke earlier in the summer and we’ve never had this issue before as homeowners. It was unbearably hot in my house & I called Tyson on a Sunday night and somebody was sent to my house early afternoon the next day. My AC was fixed in under an hour! Real life summer superheroes honestly! Thank you for great service.

I have never dealt with a service company like Tyson services. I was so impressed with the customer service, availability, professionalism and quality of their work. I am so impressed that I am having Tyson replacing my 2 other units that are old (still working) but I want the assurance that a newer unit will provide. I wouldn't ever attempt to call another HVAC company. Tyson services ranks at the top of the list

Update:
I had another unit go out and Meghan at Tyson was persistent with holding my home warranty company accountable to replacing my unit properly. Tyson continues to impress and I stand by what I said about them being the standard bearer in the industry.

EDIT: They have now come to my house again for service. Not only are they quick and show up on time. They go above and beyond with making sure that my family is taken care of. In a world where customer service is neglected in most companies, Tyson obviously takes the opposite route and is not just best in class, but best in any industry. Thanks!

Tyson replaced a Heat Pump and Air Handler system that was covered by my home warranty. They communicated every step of the way and performed fantastic work. They are the best vendor that has come to my house for A/C service.

Meagan worked with us every step of the way from the initial estimate to the day of installation. Tyson not only had the best price of the estimates we received, their customer service was excellent! Meagan was informative and went above and beyond in getting the unit installed quickly as well. Local, great prices, and prompt service.

Tyson was fantastic with our AC problems. They were very responsive and always seemed to care about our issue. Megan has been exceptionally great as far as a customer service representative and followed up numerous times to make sure everything was working properly. We got some quotes from some other companies but no one had better customer service or offered better warranties. The communication was excellent during the entire process. The crew did a great job installing and cleaning up. We can not recommend them enough!!

These guys are great! Had a problem with the AC and they responded quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. They worked with me by presenting different options available and resolved the problem quickly. I will definitely use them again.

We highly recommend Tyson Services! We have been doing business with a well known HVAC company, and when our AC broke rather than fixing it, they tried to upsell us $12,000 worth of work that we didn’t need and tell us the part was on national backorder. I contacted Megan at Tyson Services and they were able to get out here get the unit fixed and put our minds at ease that all we actually needed was a new compressor. No pressure no delays, just pure professionalism.

Got an incredible deal on a complete replacement of heating/AC unit and outside AC condensing unit and evaporator coil. All work was done in a professional manner by a three man team that kept me informed of all problems and decisions. Also got great support by Tyson Services office staff who insured I got the best units for my needs at the best prices. I would recommend Tyson Services for installation as well as servicing and repairs. I have been a customer for 6 years and have seen no one with better service policies and professionalism.
