I called several electricians in the area and they failed to respond to my calls for service. When I called Douthit, they responded right away. They came to my home within the hour and resolved my issue right away. Technition Chuck very professional and so nice.

Lost all power in my garage after a big storm last night. Sent an email that night and next morning they promptly called and came out. My technician explained everything to me and was very courteous. Will use them again if I need to.

They always do nice and thorough work. Nathan has been to our house multiple times for breakers, surge protectors, outlets, and lighting fixtures. We will call Douthit again for our next electrical needs.

Caleb installed smart switches in our home, and we love them! He was kind, courteous and eager to do a great job! Anybody would feel comfortable with him in their home!

I was able to get same day service!! The electrician was very professional and was able to give me an accurate quote right away after inspecting my problem. He went above and beyond to help.
Price was a little higher than I wanted, but it seems like that is happening everywhere.

I called Douthit to install a new chandelier in our foyer. They came the next day and helped with a complex chandelier. Would definitely recommend!

I have used Douthit Electrical on a number of occasions and have always been 100% satisfied. No job is too big, nor too small and their attention to detail is excellent. I recently had five pendant light hung in a very difficult location; Darrin put in the time needed to make sure each light was precisely hung in just the right spot. (They looked amazing.) Joe relocated a kitchen light, again going the extra yard to make sure it was in the exact location over our table. I would not call anyone but Douthit for any electrical need in the future.

Nathan gave us an honest, up front estimate that he stuck to throughout the job. We asked them to install recessed lights in our kitchen, the house was built in 1949 so there are always issues with remodeling. The quality of workmanship was excellent, I would definitely recommend Douthit to my friends.

My regular electric contractor was unable to help in an asap situation, I looked to Douthit electric and they pulled me out of a bind without any issues. Responded quickly and made it happen. Many thanks to Chuck and his staff.

What a great service organization this is. They communicate better than most people I have dealt with over many years. Chuck continuously keeps in touch with the customer & their service technician is very knowledgeable about the electrical business and treats every customer with the utmost respect and professionalism. Douthit will be my go to company for any and all future electrical work i need. They did a great job installing 6 fixtures, 4 ceiling fans & 2 ceiling light fixtures.

Not only do Chuck and his guys do great work, but it is apparent that he has a vast amount of knowledge in the trade and a passion for what he does. He even went so far as encouraging me to enter the trade and eventually get my own license. He was a massive resource anytime I had questions of any kind regarding electrical work. This type of passion translates itself out in the field. He should always be your first call.

This is the second time that we have used Douthit Electrical and we were not disappointed. It is so rare that you find a company that provides same day service. We needed to get our house wired for our new generator two days before Hurricane Florence and they delivered. Robert was our technician. He was patient with us and took his time to explain everything to us. Val was great as usual. She is the best! She took her time going over the options with us and she is great with follow-up Hats off to the team at Douthit!
